The stuff is super friendly, always ready to help with a smile in their faces, the pool is perfect for refreshing and the breakfast is fresh and healthy.

Our room has no window but it had ac and fan, enough to feel confortable.

Situated in the heart of Santa Marta old town close to the marina, seafront, artisan’s market, cathedral and gold museum you couldn’t ask for a better location from which to explore the surrounding area.

The room itself (number 104 on the ground floor), especially the bathroom, was somewhat dilapidated and could do with some maintenance. Also the room could have been cleaned better prior to us checking in. The breakfast was a disappointment as well; there’s no excuse for anywhere in Colombia not being able to prepare a decent arepa! We used the jacuzzi on a couple of occasions during our stay and on our last night the suction on one of the nozzles was so strong it felt like it was trying to pull a kidney out through my back - so if you’re going to use the jacuzzi beware!

The Hotel was beautiful and the food was very good, everything was good at this hotel, very friendly people.

The staff and the facilities were great

The breakfast was good. The location was close to the main center.

The first room they put us in smelled terrible, the AC didn’t work, and the wall paper was falling off due to mold. We asked to move to a different room. This one didn’t smell but had other issues. There were ants in the room and mosquitoes kept showing up even after we would kill a few. The shower water ran into the rest of the bathroom. Whenever the person above us took a shower the pipe above us would leak and water would drip into our room. The ceiling also had mold in multiple places.

the mansion is beautiful, the staff incredibly nice, location is as central as it can be. I think it helped we got the big suite, we had plenty of space and a jacuzzi.

The only downside is that the gigantic windows of the room didn't have a proper cover to hide the light.

The reason I booked this was to relax after a 4 day hiking tour to the Lost City. The private bubble bath was really welcome! Room was big.

The hotel didn’t inform me beforehand about the maintenance work of the pool on the rooftop, so this was closed (while I planned to chill there after my long days of hiking). This was very disappointing. They offered me a small discount which I negotiated as I didn’t found it fair. When I was chilling on the rooftop the next day it was extremely noisey with construction work. The classic margarita I ordered wasn’t a classic margarita and when I went back to ask for explanation, they were defensive and told me it was a classic margarita. Also the person making the margatita was wearing very dirty clothes, so that made me questioning their cleaniness standards. The bathroom is not in a good state and needs maintenance work. I guess I was just very unlucky, but this place looks better on pictures than the reality. Just be aware of that.

Very convenient location close to Parque dos Novios where there are many restaurants.

The hotel staff are responsible and friendly ,they help guests explain the information they want .

Super room, super location, super staff

The location is excellent, you can see the sea from the bar, walking distance everywhere. Our room didn't have window but was very clean and air condition worked perfect. The staff was absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful. There's free coffee and tea all day, good selection of drinks in the bar and nice breakfast. We didn't use the pool.but it looked nice. Overall good value for money and perfect for 1 night in Santa Marta. Please mind yourself when walking in the evening/ night. Our friends got robbed in the center of Santa Marta.

My room (102) has only 1 window but it was indoor window to a kitchen where people was cooking and talking loud. It was noisy and smelly. All my clothes smells like food. The receptionist was turning the light in the night on so the light was in my room too, couldn’t sleep well.

Great little hotel , exceeded my expectations. AC , cable and fan available.

It can be a bit noisy but I slept well . There is no hot water.

Extremely loud party going on at the pool late into the night. The pool is a kid's splash pad, not an actual pool. Rooms are outdated, bed was very uncomfortable and there was mould in the bathroom.
