Location.
Dishes were dirty. Dish rack disgusting. Cutlery not washed. Seemed like the room wasn’t even checked.
The water park shouldn’t be advertised, as it looked depressing and unkempt. It was so small, that the kids were afraid to use the slides.
Asking for assistance from the staff - we were told to write everything down in our review.

it was dirty and outdated ! looked nothing like the pictures we booked .

The shower head sprayed out from where it’s attached to the wall. Needs repair.
I would have appreciated an extra blanket in the master bedroom.

We loved the facilities and the friendly staff.
Our 3 bedroom bungalow cabin was lovely and clean.

The cabins were tidy and clean. The pool area was good. Kids loved the splash pad area and waterslide. The jumping pillow was large and was a popular activity.
The cabin was a little run down but many have had a renovation. The check in staff could have been a bit more friendly. Some umbrellas or shade in the pool area would be nice.

The safari tent was amazing, the pools were perfect, my granddaughter had a great time
The people in cabin 22 were very loud till early hours of the morning, apart from that, it was a great stay

The room is clean and tidy. kids enjoyed pools and water park.
we saw other tent has BBQ cook at veranda area, but our tent doesn’t have this supply.

The facilities are great for kids. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. The staff were so friendly.

TV didn't work, which made it long days for the kids and the cleaning of the cabin was far from making it welcoming. vacuuming hadn't been done by the looks the walls and doors were very grubby, with writing, fingerprints and drink spills. We wouldn't return for a stay again!! for the money there is much cleaner and tidier places to stay in at Dubbo for that sort of money.

nothing. it was a disaster of a photoshopped property.

The park was very well maintained and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our fridge initially but the staff were onto it very quickly to ensure it was quickly resolved and did not affect our stay in any way.
