The helpfulness of the staff. The room was not as we expected, we were able to change to a cabin for a few extra $$$

The room was an old style motel room and wasn’t what we expected. Arranged to change the room to something better.

Clean rooms and handy to the town

The location was good. The staff was also cooperative. Priced appropriately.

The property is a little aged and smelly.

What breakfast ?

The air con was a little cold for the room I didn't like to change any dials but a ceiling fan would have been nice just at night or once the room was cool enough

Good clean accommodation for a larger group. Pool was a hit with the kids.

comfortable bed.

toilet kept sticking. couch was too small to use , too low to the floor. waste of space. no room to walk around bed . we had to get down top bunk and make for our grandson. when they knew 2 kids 2 adults. most uncomfortable 5 days. 🙁

The staff were absolutely amazing they helped me and my family beyond expectations. Super friendly, clean and comfortable if your looking for a place to stay this is it.

easy check in and out. cabin was clean and well kept. very comfortable for a one night stay for our family.

bedrooms a little small so was hard to fit the portacot we needed for our baby.

Completely satisfied with my stay. One day their was confusion with my card and payment and they were absolutely amazing about it. Came to me about 3pm to inform me and was sorted right away. I appreciate this 100% because another place was rather rude about something similar. I highly recommend the midstate caravan park as they will look after you and rooms and cabins are both amazing. And staff are friendly and very helpful. You can't go wrong staying here.
