Undesirable guests that were waking us up after 13 pm. Noisy, yelling & stomping in their room & verandah. A guest was intoxicated & I had my 8 yr old son being exposed to that. Other guests budging smokes etc. I felt I couldn't leave my room without being approached. A bonus was getting petrol & a guest stole food at the garage & walked out without paying!!

Friendly, quiet and comfortable

Bed was very comfortable. Had all we needed.

I selected on price, and found it a good motel at that price point. I was late arriving and the staff did me the courtesy of ringing. Nice cafe about 4m drive away. Room was comfortable, though upstairs.

Some of the guests made some noise. The manager was not on-site and I dealt with it rather than wake him up. I'd say this was a one-off and it wont put me off staying there again next visit.

Outside our room for many hours a group were drinking and very loud. Once they retired, a drunk kept hanging round in the early hours of the morning, knocking on doors until the people next door spoke to him, apparently they knew him. The rucous continued outside and went on for probably an hour. I would have thought the operators would have sorted it out in a shorter amount of time. Too late we and wondering when he would return, we could not get to sleep. We left at daybreak. The internet was very poor and kept dropping out. We asked for a downstairs room as we are not spring chickens any more and carrying heavy bags up stairs was difficult. When we left (we were the first to go) there were so many vacant spots in the carpark they obviously had spare downstairs rooms; very disappointing.

I would have preferred the wifi code to have been written in the room somewhere.
