Me pareció que había demasiado ruido de noche. Los vecinos huéspedes entraban y salían a altas horas y se escuchaba todo porque todo es de madera. No pudimos descansar ningún día.

The room was effectively a town home and it was perfect. Extremely comfortable and a perfect lead up to my friend's and my Patagonia hike. The location was quite good (~10 minutes walking away from the bus station). The staff was also very helpful and were accommodating to our late check-in
I honestly can't think of anything significant. The location's street lights weren't the best but that's me trying to hit the 2-3 sentence minimum for the review.

Huge variety in rooms. We stayed in 2 different rooms and one was falling apart while the other way quiet nice.

I really enjoyed that they set up a living room Witt comfortable chairs to relax in, and the room was exactly as described. the location was very walkable and they had parking on site which was appreciated. beds were comfy and clean.
the bathroom tub was elevated, and the only window to ventilate opened about chest height directly to the courtyard/reception. not a huge deal but the trapped moisture seems to do a number on the wood/latch.

There’s not much to like.
Not a good experience. Cheap and dirty. Place had weird smell. Furniture is old and dirty. sheets were flimsy and cheap. Family refused to stay there and so we had to go find another place. As expected they didn’t refund. Even charged VAT which foreigners are exempt from.

Staff was very polite.
Heating was too high and we couldn’t turn it off so had to sleep with open windows. Carpet on the stairs was all ruined and stained.
It was ok for just 1 night.

We loved the location, comfortable roomy space, modern appliances, washing machine, modern TV and walkability to downtown. Parking was great. Host met us and was very helpful.
GPS not aware Bellavista is one way. Need information to approach from Decher Street.

good location and very good price-value rate. friendly staff. two sperated bedrooms ideal for friends travelling together. well equipped. no problem with heating and warm water
a little bit oldie, looking better on the pictures than the reality. because the property is gently old, it seems need some renovation.

The gentleman is very nice.
The location is good.
The furniture, carpet, toilet and everything shows quite some history and worn out. Cleaning doesn't help much with the aged furnishing.

Everything was perfect! Loved that we got towels and that there were a lot of cooking utensils. The staff was extremely friendly as well.
Honestly not much. Might have been a little small for four people, but I think it was perfect otherwise.
