El Hostal es céntrico es perfecto para tu estancia, tiene camas cómodas habitación siempre calentita ,nos dejaron el desayuno temprano el día de la excursión nos pasaron a buscar 6:15 , super recomendado si vuelvo espero quedarme nuevamente ahí

The location is a short walk from the station where Bus Sur arrives and departs from and a short drive from the local airport. The hostal is in a central location, a short walk to the waterfront and all local restaurants, supermarkets and local attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful with information and attentive to any requests. The room was very clean and a decent size. Breakfast was left available for you in the dining area based on the time you needed it depending on any excursions you were departing for on any given day.
The only issue we had while we were staying at the location is there was no hot water available for about an hour as it seemed the majority of the guests returned from various excursions around the same time one evening and the hot water was used up very quickly so we had to wait for the water tank to fill back up. Also, our shower drain wasnt draining very quickly at all and the staff did their best to address the issue as soon as they were notified by us.

the host, super rude and not nice person, he’s charging in dollar only, won’t accept any local currency (only if he will change it at is own rate), we stayed only one night and i won’t recommend it to anyone else.

The room and hotel were very clean. They even pressed the sheets! The owners were very accommodating with the breakfast time. However, they do not speak much English.
The walls are very thin so it can get quite noisy. One thing to note is that if you're not coming back to stay, they will charge you 2000 CLP per day for storing your luggage.

Fantastic location right next to all the restaurants, shops and coffee houses! WiFi was also excellent. Very clean spacious room…and a sweet little dog called Mila - give her a cuddle now and again and you’ll be rewarded with love 😍

Great location - around a ton of restaurants. We got a private room (with a private bathroom) and it was really nice. We paid a small fee to leave some clothing at the hostel so we wouldn't have to carry unnecessary clothing while hiking Patagonia. Staff was extremely helpful.
Breakfast is the classic South America breakfast - yogurt, pastries, cereal, eggs - but I wish there were different options!

Clean, warm, comfortable bed, nice living room area.
Wi-Fi averaged 30 Mbps down. Which I found to be sufficient for remote work.
The front desk area is frequently left unattended, and there’s a sign taped to the door with several phone numbers. Make sure you have cell service when you arrive, or ask for the Wi-Fi password in advance, or else you might be waiting out in the cold for a while.
Breakfast could definitely use some work.
