spa área: sauna and Pool are not clean, water is dirty. sauna is not working- it was barely warm, jacuzzi was cold as well.

the room was dirty, full of dust and hair, also they keep painting the rooms floors and walls without cleaning them
first. you can see a bunch of dirt trapped under the paint coat. The spa is terrible and not working. there is dirt in the water, the jacuzzi was barely warm, the sauna was cold and dirty. this place is falling apart.. we booked it to enjoy the spa after a long hiking trip in Torres del Paine. what a disappointment.not worth the money

We were upgraded to their NOI suite which offered spectacular views of the bay as well as Torres del Paine.
No coffee or tea making facility in the suite.

location and the staff were excellent
it’s a little loud. the architecture makes the sound carry and the sauna wasn’t working, but these were minor

We had a room with a great view across the lake. Didn't have an evening meal but breakfast was very good as were the Pisco Sours. The pool area has a lovely view but is tired and not properly maintained - not all the facilities were working, the jacuzzi pool was cold but the other pool warm - both pools are very small so not suitable for a swim but nice to stare across the lake at the mountains. Massage was OK rather than great.

Location is convenient and easy to access.
The property is exhausted. The spa is in tragic shape and basically not maintained. The rooms are clean cut and OK-ish but bathrooms are tiny and showers moldy. Staff is polite and helpful but truly disconnected and not matching the intended star rating of the property. All in all, the hotel was probably hip and chic when it opened but it’s been all downhill from there.

The hotel is very clean, rooms have an extraordinary view over the ocean and the mountains. Forniture is modern and rustic at the same time.
The staff is very welcoming, they have helped us with advices , always available for any issues.
Breakfast great as well. One day when we had to leave the hotel before the breakfast they have prepared us take-away goodies bag.
The Spa was too cold, unfortunately. This for sure has to do with the fact that we have traveled to Patagonia during winter time.
