Pésima aislación acústica de puertas y paredes. Nos tocaron vecinos que hablaban fuerte y parecía que estaban dentro de la habitación. También se escuchan claramente los ruidos del pasillo y del baño (mi hijo intentaba hablar susurrando por teléfono con la puerta cerrada y yo escuchaba todo desde la cama).

Reservamos um quarto para 3 pessoas com 35 M2 e perguntamos antes de fazer a reserva se haveria disponibilidade de colocar um colchão para uma criança de 5 anos e foi respondido que sim. Um dia antes da reserva recebi uma notificação que falou sobre a indisponibilidade de colocar o colchão. Ao entrar no quarto reparei que o quarto era pequeno e não tinha nem perto de 35 M2. Se tivesse as informações certas quando reservei não tinha reservado. Eles comentaram que tanto a resposta afirmativa sobre o colchão quanto o tamanho do quarto era informações do booking e que as reservas pelo booking estavam dando problemas.

Is very well located, close to everything. There is free parking close to the hotel, that is good, but the room was too small for 3 people. It has an attic for the 3rd bed, and the attic was small

The floor of the room was never cleaned. and the swimming pool was too cold

Requirement of bathing caps....who does take bathing caps with them and they charge for cap use.

Internet was really bad and not usable. Also didn’t like requirement to wear swim cap in order to use the pool. They should list this as a requirement so you can bring one or not plan to use pool.

Great location, very near the Plaza de Armas. Beautiful big room. The greatest shower in the history of the world...giant shower head with wonderful flow. The pool is heated to 24 degrees, so slightly cool, but nice none the less. Breakfast is nice ( and the ladt serving beeakfast is a wonderful, very nice person who is very helpful). Wonderful hotel, and overall incredible value for money (I stayed in the last few days of September, so still low season)

The key (room entry card) often demagnetises, so you have to see reception, but they fix it quickly.

The Shower was amazing. The staff was more than kind, helpful, and sweet. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I had a very comfortable staff. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay there!

Room was very dirty. Beds super soft (kinda old). Pool is cold water. Gym is not a gym - has two tredmills and 1 machine). Lobby did not speak English.

We received a confirmation and asked about parking, We were told it wasn't available. When we arrived, it turned out that our 2 rooms weren't available. Disappointing that they overbooked and we had to find another place to stay during the busy holiday week.

Great location, have restaurants and shops around. Staff were really helpful, we dropped off our bags a week before our stay as we were going for the o circuit trek. They kept our bags safe for us. Awesome breakfast spread too!

The bathroom wasn’t too clean as I expect it to be. I also don’t get that I need to pay with a credit card otherwise they will charge 19% if I pay with a debit card. Well people need to realise that not everyone wants to have a credit card and this policy is not very inclusive. The only other option is paying USD as I have no peso with me and the reception had no change so I ended up paying a few USD more than the booking, which is not a big deal but just annoying! The pool is also freezing cold, not as appetising as the picture looked.

Hotel is modern with some nice setting really surprising looking at the immediate neighborhood. Hotel has some spa and relaxing equipment but not open besides working hours.

The journey has been a miss from the start to the end : Check-in with only option to pay in USD (?), room is spacious but bathroom was not entirely clean(!), breakfast was super disappointing to any standard, reception called 2 times in the room for our checkout planned at 7am while we had to wait 15min for the taxi supposedly scheduled at this time... This is definitively not to compare to any hotel for this price or standard (4 stars really?) we experienced in Chile.
