The hospitality of the owners was extraordinary. We arrived very late and were offered a dinner, which was freshly cooked for us. The breakfast was just the same - great Sri Lankan breakfast!! The peacefulness of the place was exactly what we had been looking for. The possibility of transport was offered to attractions in the area. We hiked to the Mini Waterfall and Dam and took the bus back to Hatton. But we had the Hotel's phone no with the option to be picked up at the end of our hike. Thank you!!!

We had a perfect weekend!

The atmosphere was amazing. The place is very authentic with beautiful views. The food is delicious Sri Lankan cuisine. The staff is genuinly helpful and friendly, and made our stay in Hatton even better. They arranged a trip to Aberdeen waterfall for us, and staffmember Dilan drove us there and was so helpful and sweet.

Hatton itself may not be the place to be, but the hotel is a good point to go to Adams peak or other locations from.

Tea Hills Bungalow was a great choice. I've never had such an amazing experience with the Service. Everyone Was so kind and helpful and made me feel like home. Especially the apprentice Dilan did an amazing Job. Always smiling. He even drove me to Adams Peak, slept in the TukTuk to wait for me and drove me back, organized a private visit to the church and was always there for me. Thank you so much everyone for making Hatton such a nice experience. The rooms are comfortable and it is really private and quiet:)

The only Thing I didn't like was the humid smell in the rooms and the mould in the bathroom. But I guess it is a general problem in this area because of the climatic issues.

The staff were the best thing about the whole experience of staying at the TH Bungalow. Even before we got to it the front office Lady rang us twice to check on us, we were warmly greeted at the hotel. We needed an extra room which was promptly sorted out. We requested the barbecue for the evening which was perfectly organized. The food was so tasty. The Manager, Chefs, The porter and the housekeeping staff were equally wonderful. The view from the Bungalow is perfect. Big rooms, fully equipped and The bathrooms were huge. The main thing was the cleanliness of the place. We loved the concept of the place looking like a flat with a balcony and huge sitting area and the kitchen area. Also the dining area is separate and beautifully done. We had an amazing breakfast with Roti snd Kiribath. Tasty Sri Lankan brekkie. Dilan promptly got us stuff from the local shop. We have only good things to say about our whole experience.

We liked everything about our experience.Of course there are little things around the place that need a few repairs but they are minor. For a property that’s about 10 years it looks really new.

The staff extremely nice and helpful. Especially in helping us organise our trip to Adam's Peak. The Sri Lankan food tasted great and we had a very nice view. The accomodations were very spacey. Tip: Ask to eat your breakfast or diner at the common area near the bedrooms, to enjoy your food with a nice view. Or take a bath while watching the sun set over the tea fields.

Great view, and great place with very friendly and helpful staff. They had a Tuktuk and Car and Fuel, so no worries. They organized a great trip to Adam's Peak.

The hosts are wonderful people - my husband and I were so warmly welcomed and made to feel at home right away. They went out of the way to make sure we had a lovely stay. We got an upgrade to a honeymoon suite which exceeded expectations, and the hosts (Mdm Kirosha and Mr Dayabelan) helped us even in our little requests to book a taxi, etc. Even our special requests during meals were met with a smile. This is no exaggeration: during our 2 1/2 week stay in Sri Lanka they made by far the best dinner and breakfast. (Sri Lankan style) Also had a free room upgrade to a bigger suite. The family running the accommodation is sooo nice and helpful. Accommodation is placed in beautiful tea hills only little far off.

Bathtub was leaking water. The pathway to the location can be very hard to find on Google maps. Stay on the main road as long as possible.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The food was excellent and there is a nice playground at the facility for kids.

The rooms are kind of outdated and need renovation. What I didn't like the most is that the rooms are part of a 3 bed apartment. Each room is booked separately. This limits privacy and not so convenient for families unless you book the whole apartment.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the food is delicious and they even provided a take out service for our train journey. the beds are Comfortable and quiet and the location of the property is within the tea plantation. fabulous views! highly recommended if you need to stop over to catch the train or to go water rafting.

a lovely guest house close to Hatton train station. we stayed here one night before catching the train to Ella and the staff were so lovely. They provided meals and helped us with train tickets

The hospitality of the staff was really great. Beautiful view.

We got complimentary pick up from the railway station on arrival. Following that, we got upgraded to better room than we booked, which was noce. The owner also organised a tuk-tuk to Adam's Peak. When we came back late from the excursion, the cook prepared a dinner for us, despite of the fact that officially the kitchen was closed already.

Big and clean room, friendly staff who helped us arrange a morning tuk tuk to Adam's Peak and rent a motorbike for one day. All for reasonable price. All were so hospitable, thank you for your help, smiles and delicicous cup(s) of tea!
