The noise at the place, the rooms are placed close to another, other guests are making a noise u can practically hear them from the other end, they play loud music and I barely slept. Only managed to sleep at 1am. Lastly early morning i left with showering, there was no water nor back up plan. The owner didnt seem concerned. Cherry of top before i left there was a couple fighting in the front entrance, the screams and noise was horrific and noone seemed bothered by the happenings. I will never set foot there. You can't even switch on the fridge, that Fridge sounded like a tornado that was about to explode. The utilities were not so clean, its just horrific

Maybe it was a three star as advertised on Booking.com in its heyday - it is not a three star any more.

None, the standard of guest house went down compare to previous years when I stayed in the property in 2018.

The room space, I was offered a small room without air conditioning or fan. I was told that to have fan or big room I should change the room but the price will went up if not I will sleep to the small room without air conditioning or fan. It was very hot. I did not have a choice I paid extra R150.00 so that I can change to a big room with fan.

The comfort and spacious room. Security and friendliness of staff The bed was very spacious and the room was clean.
