View from apartment of Ness River and across from a walking bridge. A few blocks away was a TESCO grocery store. The unit was relaxing with the kitchen living area separate from the bedrooms downstairs.

It took a few minutes to figure out how to turn on the stove but that was probably because we are Americans. A quick insert or paper about that might be useful for some international travelers or at least any other Americans.

The location of the apartment

The apartment was not very clean : hairs in the bathroom for example, a lot of dust but sheets and towels were very clean.

Excellent location. The views were great and loved the bedrooms being on the first floor and the living area and kitchen on the top. The host couldn't have been more helpful. Train strikes meant we were having a little trouble finding a way home and we were offered a later check in at no extra cost. We really appreciated this as it gave us time to sort out other arrangements. Rooms were clean and decor was very nice.

Finding the key was a little tricky but the host talked me through where it was and we got in no problem after that.

As some people mentioned before, qaulity of bed in smaller room is terrible. :( Could not sleep!

Booking.com sold this stay to us as a 'Two Bathroom' place. However, there was only one bathroom. There was only an extra toilet but no bathroom. Since we were a party of three with two women, this was extremely uncomfortable.

Hosts were lovely and responsive, location was excellent, all facilities as described and available amenities exceeded expectations

Although bedsheets were clean - the bedrooms overall had a very strong musty smell despite having windows open and the smell intensified during the night with windows closed. I’m not sure the cause - possibly old carpets / mattresses / duvets that are in need of a professional clean

The apartment was particularly well equipped with everything that you could possibly expect in the kitchen & more. The whole apartment was clean, comfortable & spacious. The location was superb - overlooking the river, near to a restaurant, & just across from the centre of town. The 11.00am check out time meant that we could have a relaxed departure.

The host is very nice. They keep in contact with me to provide essential infomation. They always support and reply to me rapidly. Parking permit stickers are provided for nearby parking.

Great location, near the pedestrian bridge and main areas of Ullapool a short walk away, very spacious well equipped apartment with residents parking permit supplied so you can park just outside. Unique apartment being in a converted Church, safe, secure and vert comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

The WiFi was not good and the Kitchen exhaust was difficult to operate. Every time had to climb and switch on/off.

Spaciousness of apartment. Nice location next to river but accept city centre noises with city centre accommodation.

Poor standard of cleanliness. Unfortunate smell permeating ground floor - possibly damp. Beds and bedding need refreshed. Too many unnecessary ornaments and other bits and pieces that serve no purpose other than gathering dust. Forwarded photos of numerous cleanliness concerns to raise awareness with owner so hopefully will be sorted for future guests.
