Everything about this condo was amazing. The location, the accommodations, the view were all incredible!! This was the most beautiful and relaxing vacation we have ever had. Highly recommended.

We loved our time in Navarre! This condo is very well done and everything we imagined and more! So well equipped with every essential you would want. The property is super clean with easy access. The king bed is over the top comfy! Many upgrades throughout this home that made it feel much like home to us! We will certainly be back!!

The property is beautiful and clean. The view was spectacular. It was everything we needed for our vacation.

This is a tastefully decorated condo that provided a wonderful escape for us! The balcony was our favorite spot and we enjoyed (when the weather cooperated) sitting and taking in the amazing view. Fun local restaurants within walking distance and a fabulous bike path.

We stayed for two amazing weeks. Watched dolphins from balcony. The condo was perfect, very well equipped. Hostess was awesome. Thank you. We will be back.

Condo was as described and pictured. Communication with management was exceptional and check in process was easy. Condo was the best we have stayed in after numerous trips with VRBO! Clean, well appointed, spacious & loved the large balcony and chaise lounges.- everything you could ask for!

Our stay was wonderful and the condo was just as described. It was well stocked with everything you need while on vacation. It was also nice to walk to the beach and have chairs and umbrellas already set up for us.

We had a very nice vacation in a lovely condo. It was not what we consider a penthouse, however; the pictures made the apartment look bigger than it actually was, but still, it was plenty big enough for the two of us. I am a stickler for truthfulness and am a hard grader. I would only give a 5 rating if everything were perfect, but I wish I could have rated this 4+. Though the condo was lovely — nicely decorated and well-appointed — what put us off somewhat was the lack of amenities — shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand lotion, even toilet paper. We had to go out and buy those things. They did have a liquid hand soap, but we really needed bar soap. Once we bought supplies, we enjoyed being positioned smack-dab on the Gulf of Mexico. It was also mildly irritating to be told to take out all garbage (from three rooms) and to wash, dry, and fold the beach towels. We scowled that we were paying to have the place cleaned, so thought the cleaners would do all the work. However, it was manageable, and we enjoyed the condo in spite of the small negatives.

Beautiful condo with a great gulf view on the 18th floor. Perfect location near the pier with short walk to the beach. Host was very accessible and responsive to questions before the booking, and throughout our stay. Overall property was clean and well maintained. Beach service was good - attendants very helpful.

This penthouse condo has it all! What you see is what you get! This condo is exactly as advertised and the view is PRICELESS! From the moment we booked our stay, DeeAnna, our host responded immediately and provided detailed and thorough instructions/information on the check in process, condo amenities and local attractions and restaurants all through an app which was extremely helpful. This was by far the easiest vacation rental I’ve ever booked from check in to check out. I highly recommend this property and renting from this property owner. You will not be disappointed.

DeeAnna is a fabulous hostess! Her proactive communication is greatly appreciated and really set the tone for our stay. The condo has everything you need with plenty of storage for your groceries and clothing. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are fabulous. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make any meal you can dream up. The patio is our favorite part with plenty of seating and views that will take your breath away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed in this place to spend time to celebrate our anniversary...and to just get away. This condo was spotless and the view from the 18th floor was spectacular! DeeAnna made sure that everything that we needed to make sure that our vacation was the best it could be. She communicated with us and her response time was almost immediate. We enjoyed our stay, very much. Check in and all information was very thorough and easy to understand. The place is cozy and comfortable for several people. The deck was like another room and large and enjoyable! Everything was in working order and planned and thoughtout well!

This one of the most unique places we have stayed. Beautiful,spacious and comfortable. TV's in every room. We had nice days and extremely foggy days so beware you might not have a view for a day or two. Close to the beach! Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the crashing waves.

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Could not ask for anything more. Dee provided very detailed instructions and info on unit and the area itself. Condo is beautiful inside and out ,with views of pier from living room master bedroom and master bath. Very spacious and spotless. Care was also taken on outside , as well. Outside table for meals, snacks and cocktails and the lounges provided were extremely comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again (or at any other condo Dee offers. )

The property was absolutely stunning! The photos don't do it justice, but it was absolutely perfect. My husband and I had to delay our anniversary trip and we are so happy that we did. Staying in DeeAnna & Barry's condo was fantastic. EVERYTHING was perfect and DeeAnna was very responsive with any questions I had. It was beautiful, dreamy and comfortable and we're booked for 2023.
