The location is alright and in close proximity to everywhere one would likely want to go. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are also kept tidy and clean and the cost was fairly reasonable. I quite enjoyed my stay.

The WiFi was a big issue for me. It kept going down and I couldn't access YouTube as it seems to have been blocked. I understand that they probably want to limit abuse but I needed to watch some skills development videos, so that set me back quite a lot, enough for me to have found that frustrating. They should set the expectation beforehand, as the WiFi was an important part of my requirements. Perhaps consider throttling YouTube or perhaps have a seperate paid for Internet option that does not have restrictions in addition to free WiFi? Internet access for most other purposes was alright apart from it going down quite a lot so please take a look at fixing that?

back from street, nice and quiet, liked the private courtyard. electric blanket location - the event I was attending was close to the motel, so that was handy.

The bed was small in comparison to headboard, and it was hard I specifically phoned ahead to confirm there was a spa bath in my room, however very dissapointed to find it was only a bath, that use to be a spa. Tv was to small and to far from bed and lounge area, also poor tv reception and only four channels Although room was clean, it was abit run down, dark and sparse. I felt it was not good value for money, especially compared to other places Ive stayed at a cheaper rate.
