The house was amazing, it was clean, well stocked with snacks and coffee! We needed for NOTHING while there, they have thought of everything. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus! Steps away from the river made things more enjoyable in the Texas heat! Can't wait to return!

My children and I went on a quick vacation to New Braunfels to float the river and hit the water park. This condo location and property was beautiful. The condo was clean, cozy and wonderful! The beds including the sofa bed were very comfortable. The host (Greg) was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating, to my needs for check in and check out times. I can’t wait to book this condo again for a longer stay and really enjoy my time in this quaint little town. Highly recommend.

On the plus side Greg was very prompt getting back to us. We went tubing and the location was perfect. Loved the balcony and the views. Negative side. For 400 for only ten hours, you would think it would be spotless and smell nice. After removing the bed sheets the next day and taking out the trash, we saw a lot of debris underneath the bed and the coffee makers had to be dirty and not well maintained because the coffee was terrible. All appliances and floors need a good scrubbing. I was hesitant to even shower there. Think about the price… we could have stayed at a five star resort for the price, but we do appreciate the host.

The condo was very clean and the host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again. The pools were nice and clean and there is good river access. The view from the balcony is really nice and the kids enjoyed watching the deer in the evening. It is a very comfortable place to stay and we definitely recommend it!

Older, but nice. Great location, view. Loved extra air mattress, extra linens, extra pillows, emergency snacks, coffee and elevator! Enjoyed it very much.

We had a great time sitting on the balcony in the evening. The pools were very nice and we enjoyed them. Access to the river was good. Water was low due to drought but still able to get in and get refreshed.

Easy access although the pool was a lot smaller than pictured.

It Was nice. Only thing I was hoping for was view of pool/river. But it was still a great townhouse, very comfortable.

We had to make a last minute booking for one night for 5 adults when our planned accommodations fell through. Greg was very accommodating and let us check in early since nobody was there the previous night. Greg was very quick to respond and promptly provided all needed info. Condo was clean and well equipped complete with free snacks. Highly recommended.

Everything was very clean and nice. I would stay again Our only drawback was you are charged a hefty cleaning fee from the beginning. Then after your stay, they want you to take out the trash to the dumpster, take the sheets off of beds, load the dish washer, etc. even for a one night stay. I feel like the cleaning fee needs to be much less if the renters are asked to do all of that.

My group was very happy with this property. The owners are extremely nice people who did their best to meet our needs and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The condo is pretty much the perfect size for four adults. The kitchen is small but very well-stocked for cooking. We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had a wonderful, relaxing time, our only problem was having to go home. Thank you for everything, Greg and Elizabeth - you guys are are BEST.

Great location next to river with lots of space to picnic. Good location to surrounding sights. Comfortable beds.

Kitchen had coffee, crmr, sweet n low, utensils. Towels, pillows, sheets - smelled fresh! King bed vet comfortable. Close to elevator, large balcony. We’ll be back!

My friends and I really enjoyed the Condo, the hot tub and pool, the deer and we had a very relaxing time. Will be staying there again.

This was a wonderful spot for my family and I just to get away from work and school for a little while. My 8yr old daughter spent 5 hours in heated pool. My 20 yr old son took pictures and enjoyed both the pool and river. My 14 yr old son enjoyed fishing with his dad in the river. I just loved watching them all happy and relaxed. Greg and Elizabeth were amazing host who let us enjoy our stay just a little longer to spend some sun in the river before checking out. Place was just warm and inviting will definitely book again. We stayed just a couple of nights but had a great time. The condo has great pools and access to the river. We also enjoyed seeing the deer and wildlife that was on the property at times. Will try to come back again.

Great third floor unit with easy access to the stairs, elevator and parking. Well stocked, comfortable and plenty of space for the five of us to sleep, relax, eat, play games, etc. Cold A/C. Nice balcony with plenty of space for sitting, eating meals, and for storing tubes, etc. The Balcony overlooks a beautiful green space with mature trees, grills, picnic tables and direct private access to the Guadalupe River. It’s really nice in the evenings as the sun drops behind the building after 5ish which makes for a cooler spot to relax. At night there are a lot of deer that walk through and feed on the property which is cool to watch as well. We only used the pools briefly as they get pretty warm (bath water) in the summer heat, but they are nice. The access to the beautiful cool river was perfect to just relax in the water and for the kids to play, tube through the current, etc. It’s fairly rocky in portions of the river, so bringing water shoes may be advisable if you want to walk around and explore. The public access points to both rivers where shut down due to COVID, so we didn’t tube the river in a traditional since, yet the kids just loved playing around outside and in the river on the tubes we brought. We did go hiking on some trails in one of the parks (Landa) in the city which was fun and explored around Gruene. The condo is just a few blocks from Schlitterbahn which is a nice feature, but we didn’t go this time. Great communication with the owner, reasonable rates and they are updating some features, so it will only get better. We went mid week and thus we pretty much had the property to ourselves, but started to fill in some towards the weekend. Overall a wonderful visit and would definitely come back and stay here again and certainly recommend the place.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location with access to the Guadalupe and other New Braunsfel attraction. Will be wanting to stay here next time.
