The hotel location is great! 2 minutes walking distance from the centre yet quiet even during the busiest hours. The room was clean and cozy.

I didn’t quite liked the smell in the room,it smelled like old stuff I didn’t liked the bathroom which is small and without shower cabin I didn’t liked the fact that there were some visitors which made a lot of noise in the middle of the night or extremely early in the morning,but this is not the hotel’s fault There were also some people who booked the seats at the pool early in the morning and they came at the pool at afternoon,so we did not have a place where to stay at the pool As an overview,it was nice,excepting those little inconvenients

The property is needing some upgrades. The sofa bed in my room was very stained and there were small bits of repair work needing done

The hotel is ok for the price, especially considering it is really close to the beach. The staff from the bistro is nice, but the reception not so much. We also liked the food from the bistro

The parking situation is what ruined the experience. We arrived on Monday evening (at around 19:00) and parked on the street. The reception guy asked us where we had parked and told us they offer parking for 20 leva per day (10 euros). Given the fact that we were tired from the road, we didn't give it much thought or ask any additional questions, so we paid for 4 days. At check-out (12:00) on Friday, we asked if we could leave the car a little longer and the guy told us no, because other clients were expected (check-in starts at 14:00). We said parking is different from hotel check-in (given that you pay extra), and then he proceeded to explain to us how it is fair to leave the parking when you check-out from the hotel. Anyway, for comparison, parking for 24h in the Old town is 8 leva, some hotels offer free parking and you can find parking spots on the streets. We left feeling scammed and this is definitely not something you want when on holiday (or any day, for that matter).

Lovely clean hotel with extremely comfortable beds. Showers are very clean/powerful. Good variety at breakfast. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bank. Staff are pleasant.

People putting towels on pool sun loungers very early in morning and often not evening using the loungers. Some people had towels in more than one location around the pool but not using them whilst other guests where unable to sit and enjoy the sun, which let's face it is what the majority of people are there for.

no lift! we were on the 4th floor. 57 solid steps to climb. a bit difficult with luggage the bathroom flooded every time someone took a shower
