I was allocated the room with a terrible back view, I Am pretty sure there was an option to allocate another one, particularly it is a customer bithday

1. Location is convenient and easy to access, easy to find. 2. Since it was a triple room, it was big and roomy 3. The breakfast spread was good, and the food served was tasty 4. The servers / waiters were friendly and helpful

1. The room was dirty and had not been properly cleaned 2. In-room dining was expensive, but the portions were good. 3. The gutter on the balcony was leaking and water was continuously dripping onto the balcony. Seems to be a problem that has existed for a very long time since the balcony railing was corroded and the paint was flaking off at the drip point. 4. The bathroom showerhead was clogged, meaning that the water would drip down and not spray out. 5. Air-conditioner remote was held together with tape, and the AC itself was either on or off. The fan / blower setting would not work. 6. The security at the front was extremely unwelcoming and was chasing me and my car away, saying that he needs the front clear for the cars that come for weddings. The car park is a little further away down the hill. Park there, take a lift up two floors, walk to the lobby, take another lift up two floors to get to my room. On the second day, the lift was not working (with no visible notice on display), so I had to walk up and down. 7. Wifi password they gave us was wrong, and their answer was I had to turn off and on my device. When I complained further, they set it right on their side (we were right and they were wrong about the password - but they would not admit it) 8. The room safe deposit box was not working, and locked. Probably the batteries were dead. 9. Overall, the building was in need of maintenance. There were visible water leaks and damp areas, and some walls were covered in fungus and moss. 10. The premium price that I paid for this room was not worth the facilities or the experience.

The hotel lights were clothed , reception left at 9:30 pm , security closed the hotel door from outside , the internet was not working, no hot water on shower , We ran out of drinking water and we couldn't get any because no receptionor or room service, the tiles on the room floor was broken. They did not put us in a better room despite the hotel being empty. The worst experience.

Please reduce the swimming pool depth

Good food and atmosphere. Rooms are old. Pool is under construction So not much to do.

Views from our room and the rooftop were breathtaking. Buffet was great, soup especially. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to both Peradeniya and Kandy with buses as well as tuks available close by.

The pool on the rooftop is amazing, would have been perfect if the water was warmer for early morning or evening swims. Need more sugar packets for the in room tea bags.
