Centrally located place run by a lovely professional family who was always there to interact with and get information from ! Big thank you for the « mum » who cooked us an unforgettable breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and westernalized.

Very clean and spacious room with a great view over Kandy (an actual photo from the room window is attached) and a super-comfortable bed. Nicely located just minutes away from the city center and the train station, and just far enough away from a busy street to make sure there's no noise coming through the windows. Super-helpful staff - the manager even helped me arrange the tickets for the Kandy-Ella train 1 month before arrival as it's kind of difficult to buy them without a local phone number, and every morning he would personally cook me a different breakfast based around traditional Sri Lankan cuisine (with enough food to feed at least 2 persons), as I just happened to be the only guest in the whole hotel at the time (the season was about to end). If you're coming to Kandy and looking for a place to stay, look no further.

The wall fixtures in the bathroom could use some tightening up, but nothing too serious, really. There was no power outlet anywhere near the desk to plug in my laptop - but when I mentioned this to the reception staff they had an extension cord delivered to the room almost instantly.

Great place, with friendly staff and a clean and tidy hotel at end of quiet street. It’s close to most attractions and the train station. Breakfast was a surprise feast of fresh juices, fruit, amazing French toast, and Sri Lankan specialties. Our deluxe double Room was comfortable with nice lighting and excellent wi-fi (fastest we’ve had in Sri Lanka)

Curtains could be a little darker, and second sleeping pillows would be nice addition. And maybe some more places to put things (hooks, table) in the extra space of room. Walk to and from train station was longer and less pleasant due to areas blocked by construction walls. Avoid tuktuks at school time traffic jams in Kandy!

A great place to stay, set back from the main road so not too noisy, but perfectly located to walk into town and get to the train or bus stations. The owner and staff were so friendly and went above and beyond, upgrading my room for free and dropping us to the station in time for the morning train. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was spotless and everything was clean. The welcome drink and breakfast were delicious with a lot of food. A home from home, and I'd definitely stay again if in Kandy!

A little noise from the road but always to be expected in Kandy! Everything was perfect.

location was in the centre but on the wrong side. 20 min walk to most restaurants and shops. hot water intermittent, was hit and miss whether you’d have a nice shower. WiFi went down for a night but was rectified the next day.

The room was so clean The staffs were also kind and gentle He even helped me get a train ticket I could get the best seat because of him The location is also great I highly recommend here

One of the rooms didn't have the TV working and the other room only free to air channels.

If you are going to Kandy you have to stay here! The location is perfect for basing yourself in the centre with most places just a short walk away. The rooms are modern and very clean which had been sanitized before our stay. This is a family run hotel and the owner (I forgot her name so sorry) is probably one of the nicest people we met during our time in Sri Lanka, she was so helpful and friendly and just great to talk to in general!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, exellent wifi, breakfast at your choice, very friendly owners and no mosqito! Close to rail station, close to city, everything within walking distance... Would recommend anytime.

Excellent place to stay in Kandy with warm, welcoming, hospitable owners and modern comforts of A/C and hot rain shower. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay, as well as prepared a special Sri Lankan coconut roti and curries for breakfast for me since I mentioned I love Sri Lankan food. Location is really close to center yet on a side street making it totally quiet.

Amazing stay! The Manager kindly recommended what to do in one day in Kandy and I had a beautiful glimpse of the city thanks to his suggestions. The room was clean and tidy and the internet worked perfectly. The location if you need to catch the train is unbeatable.

Property is close to the city centre and the owners gave me a free upgrade to a superior room

We chose the place because it's so close to station and centre. The hosts warmly welcomed us including the mini boss :) ! They took all time to explain the must sees and can dos of Kandy. Even got a free upgrade, but believe even the standard room would have been as great. Fantastic bathroom, really quiet. The breakfast was superb, haven't had that much fruit in a week in SL. We would definitely come again, and wish the bosses and mini bosses all the best!
