Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt.
Het gejengel, 's ochtend om half vijf, van een nabijgelegen moskee. Dit was zo goed hoorbaar omdat het raam niet goed dicht kon. Ook andere dingen waren aan onderhoud of vervanging toe. Zoals de wastafelkraan die zo stroef ging dat je hem met natte handen niet dicht kon draaien.
En... geen stopcontacten bij het bed om smartphone op te laden.

Location was heart of downtown. We can walk to Jalan Braga which is famous street of travelers. And we stayed triple room because we have 9years old boy. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing. Various types of menu and very tidy and clean. Egg station and noodle station was also excellent. Great experience, will definitely come back when we are back to bandung!
Some of space was under renovation, but it was okay. They explained well and managed.

The property situated in the busy street. 24 hours I heard a lot of vehicle sound in the room. We couldn’t take a rest at all

What I like the most about the hotel is the location is very strategic, near to any restaurants and coffee shops.
- The hotel is not that old but you can see it in the room: the carpet looks old, the bathroom sink shelve is broken, you can see the dirt on its bathroom sink.
- The hotel only provides two towels (the big size), they do not provide the towels for hair/face (smaller size)
- The welcome drink is placed on the terrace, and it is disconnected with the lobby. So unless you ask, you probably will not know they have welcome drinks.
- I asked them to clean my room (with the card), but they didn't clean my room. So if you book this hotel, you better call the reception to get your room cleaned.
-The parking lot size is medium, so when it's full, they provide valet parking for free. This is common in Bandung

The room, bed, and food were good. The location is also prime, for strolling around Dago. Staffs were friendly, and they really prioritize us (family with kids) for early check-in (starting from 11:00 am, and free).
The parking lot is too small for 7-seater cars and has no drop-off area.
The pool size is also only suitable for kids.

The restaurant was good. Location is also strategic.
TV wasn't safe. It is Netflix equipped but I couldn't find a way to clear my data. They should be updating their TV real soon
