Struttura molto bella, personale disponibilissimo, piscina e spiaggia curate. Ristorante buffet e ristoranti "alla carta" buoni. Attività divertenti.

J aurais préféré du café de machine que du café fait par vos soins

Mettre une machine à café à disposition pour café long ou court , expresso , cappuccino …etc

Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Alles ist super ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich!

In unserem Zimmer waren die Matratzen total durchgelegen. Die Toilette ist ausgelaufen (nur spülwasser) und der Handwerker war 3 Mal da. Das heiße Wasser ging kurz nicht, aber würde sofort gelöst! Ich persönlich fand den Adults only Pool sehr warm, eher so Therme, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Etwas störend fand ich ein Kamerateam, dass ständig gefilmt hat (wahrscheinlich für die Website). Bei der Orientalischen Show Abends ist einem so ständig die Drohne vor die Nase geflogen. Schade

Gyönyörű a medencés rész,illetve nagyon szép a part is.

This is a really good resort. The staff are professional and welcoming. The grounds are really well maintained and lovely to walk through. The food is delicious, varied and the outside terrace is a beautiful place to dine. We didn't try the included a la carte restaurants but they looked nice. The pool is heated and they enforce the adult only rule so it's quite and relaxing. Many Germans at this resort. Lots of areas to explore and even after 9 days we felt there was more to see and do. I could continue....

The buffet restaurant is nice and the chefs are accommodating with special requests if they can help The GREASE restaurant is a favorite of mine The Fish restaurant wasn’t that good I hope to eat at the Italian restaurant next time.

They NEED a few more television stations in English. Specifically at least ONE news station.

Très bon hotel que je recommande vivement: infrastructure de l ensemble de l hotel top ! Plusieurs restaurants, dont un ouvert de 12h à minuit. Possibilité de prendre petit déjeuner à la plage. Plage très bien entretenue. Taxi aller retour aéroport réservés sur booking pas cher du tout et très bons vehicules. 6 eur le trajet alors que si taxi pris à l aéroport minimum 20 eur

- Reception staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded without us requesting - The room itself was comfy, clean, and with a good view. - The quiet pool is great in concept and is the go-to spot aside from the interruptions from other guests not following the set rules. - Bar staff and pool boys were friendly and helpful.

- The beach is unusable. A very long distance of ankle deep water followed by a very small area of relatives deep water that's full of reef and is also very close to a boat dock. - Food at the main restaurant is poor. Just very few varieties and no flavour whatsoever. - A la cart restaurant's staff wasn't the friendliest. A waiter at the Ocean's 11 restaurant basically kicked us out for showing up "late," although according to the booking receipt, we were still withtin the seating time. - The AC in our room just wasn't cooling down the entire room for some reason, just the area in front of it. In all fairness, I didn't complain about that as I would've hated to switch rooms.

The alcohol beverages are local, because of this they are not good quslity, the daily meals are always same and sort of is not enough. For the breakfast, there was only white cheese, two other were sliced tinder thsn the paper.

Very nice beach and aqua park, delicious food with good varieties, very good location, totally it is very good quality for price.

- The sea is very shallow, It’s not suitable for adults swimming, you must walk for a long distance to swim. - Turkish coffee is not included in the all inclusive plan.

The food wasn't good enough

Friendly staff, lots of facilities (many pools, restaurants, yoga, volleyball, beach football, aqua park) plus paid activities like water sports, scuba diving and tennis. Good food, clean site, free wifi in reception only.

wifi was slow

Great hotel in terms of location, space, food, gardens, beach front, decoration and even animation team! We absolutely loved it and we felt so well taken care of! The staff was also super friendly and helpful! we will definitely go again next year!!

Sea is really shallow for very long distance. It is good for families with little children but not for someone who likes to spent time in sea.

Amazing view to the light blue sea (because it is shallow, take is as an advantage!). Pools are super. Restaurant has a very good view, food is good. The whole hotel environment is stunning with the palm trees and other greens, pools, beach is in the hotel right after the pools. There is a pier to couple of smaller ships, which is good to walk in and enjoy the view from the end of it. Staff is extremly kind and experienced enough.

In winter season the restaurants opening times are little short.
