This quiet licensed guest house is situated in the hamlet of Kirtlebridge. Located off the M74 motorway, it is 6 miles from Gretna Green and 9 miles from Lockerbie. There is a residents bar.

Cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. Great value and lovely breakfast. Really good to be able to use dining area for our own food and not expected to buy drinks from the bar

Ubytování blízko dálnice v malé vesničce, pro přespání na cestě skvělé. Příjemná a vstřícná majitelka, vše nám vysvětlila, domluvila se na ráno. Snídaně byla vynikající, ochutnali jsme typickou skotskou snídani. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

A lovely location, a very comfortable room with excellent facilities, clean and an amazing hostess whom makes you feel relaxed and welcomed at all times. 10/10! Oh and a great brekkie too!

This was one of the best places we stayed on our trip, the room was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed, a mini fridge, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, soaps/ shampoos, towels, the beds and pillows were comfy, a cot was provided for my baby and the breakfast was a very generous portion, and we got the option of cooked breakfast, cereals, fruits and yogurts, honestly this B&B has set a high standard for future travels for us, it was above and beyond and I couldn't recommend it more. The host Alison was friendly and kept us informed and was really helpful ! Will be returning soon

Friendly & convenient b&b in an excellent location for an overnight stay, just 5 minutes off the motorway and in-between two junctions. Comfortable bar to relax in the evening.

Everything! Room was spacious with space for chilling as well as sleeping. Good sized shower and lots of extras such as shampoo, conditioner, wine glasses & fridge as well as the usual tea, coffee etc. Host was welcoming and friendly and parking behind the property gave us peace of mind.
Nothing, even the breakfast was outstanding: plentiful with English and Scottish options and free flowing coffee and toast (not that we needed it, as full up on eggs, bacon etc!)

Alison the host was great and went out of her way to help me check in early. Position just of motorway is great for anyone wanting to split a long journey. Bedroom and en-suite was very spacious. Small fridge in room an added bonus. Great value.
Unfortunately the bar was getting a refit so was unable to have a drink in the bar. I'm sure when it reopens it will make this the complete package. Parking may be a bit limited if it is busy but was no problem in middle of January.

booked @ 5p.m. when leaving Birmingham last night- arrived 9p.m. and was greeted with a fantastically enthusiastic hostess called Alison - situated just off the M74 it makes an ideal stop over for travellers such as myself - clean room with excellent facilities & that female touch makes it a home from home

Alison made us feel very welcome and she went out of her way to give us a meal when we arrived.
She was a great host.. and a wonderful character. We loved the pool table, bed was very comfy, and the breakfast was great.
