We had an amazing experience here! Rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, great location, and the hosts were so friendly. Highly recommend!

The host's were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were of a good size and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location was very good only a 10 minutes stroll to all the bars , shops and restaurants. If ever in Weymouth again would be more than happy to stay in the Arcadia again. Highly recommended.

Booked in for accommodation only and the accommodation(double room with ensuite bathroom) exceeded expectations by the hosts Natalie & David - complimentary drinks including water bottle was a nice touch :)

Can't think of anything yet I found the furnishings tasteful and would be for most people, felt cosy and right at home in the softest bed.

Very clean. Not far from the beach. Parking. David and Natalie are lovely hosts and very friendly - can’t do enough for you; super flexible. Breakfast was delicious

I think a shelf in the shower for your shampoo’s etc would be a good improvement and another towel rail/hook in the bedroom so you can dry all the towels.

We didn’t request breakfast as we didn’t want to be ruled by time. The room was very clean, and supplied with tea, coffee etc. A little small for 3 but not really a problem as we obviously didn’t spend too much time in it. All in all happy with the accommodation and price we paid. In a great position for beach, town etc.

For the price we paid I don’t think we could have asked for more.

Breakfast was great always hot the room was very clean and found the owners very pleasant and helpful when we needed to go out to eat and where to go for entertainment which was the Edinburgh house of sounds

Nothing everything was on our doorstep

This was my 1st stay in a guesthouse since my childhood & I loved it. The location was excellent, right on the esplanade. I had a single room but it had everything I needed & was very comfortable. David & Natalie were very welcoming & helpful hosts, coping with everyone's breakfast requests with a smile on their faces. On site parking & free WiFi were a great bonus .Will definitely go back.
