Room 7 was great, restrooms were close, kitchen was well equipped. Location was just where i needed to be. Tried booking tonight for the 27 - 30th Nov but all days were not available, pity

This was a great guest house to stay at that ticked all the boxes. It was very quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The bed was really comfortable and the room had lovely cross ventilation, a small fridge and a table. Shared facilities were spacious and very clean. Breakfast provided was filling. Location was walking distance to the Strand and the CBD and internet was fast. What else? Ah, price was good value for money.

Bathrooms not very clean, steps need fixing

Travelled with my elderly father, the accommodation was clean, comfortable and very quiet. No frills etc... but met our needs. Breakfast was continental, cereal, bread, juice and spreads.
