Location was great, beds comfortable, room clean and tidy

TV was not working the first night we stayed, was replaced. Kettle seemed to be new and we were unable to use due to the toxic plastic smell and taste, had to boil water on the stove for a coffee.

confusing of picking up keys was not advised that where we told to pick up keys that we had to go another building Made it hard to work it out at 9 pm after a long flight washing machine leaked mesh on wire door torn left me with mosquito bites

The balcony, the privacy and location. Kitchen and utilities were so convenient for my stay and cooking at home made things easy.

A little overpriced for my 10 day stay however was happy to pay because it suited my needs, I am a regular that book with Kensington perhaps a discount/loyalty reward system for regular bookings at Kensington. It would be helpful to have trolleys down in car park to allow to take luggage and shopping items for a single person. Sometime the rubbish chute bin will be smelly as you walk pass.

Fantastic. We enjoyed everything. We asked for an extra day & they were able to do that for us.

A bit problematic getting into the property after hours. But got sorted.

Needs to have propa cooking frying pan as we couldn’t cook bacon and eggs for breakfast or a mail meal at night

Room was well presented. Everything was well maintained. Great size fridge for a few days stay. Central to food outlets. Value for money and car was safely parked.

Maybe a bit more cooking dishes.
