Like being in another world. Bernie and her staff were fantastic and I had a lovely evening in the bar.

Provided average quality accomodation in a quiet rural setting. Views of the River Lee outstanding. Breakfast choices very good.

As a historic home, some of the decor and design were quite dated.

We stayed a weekend in Coolcower house as a family. Location Facilities Breakfast everything was seamless. We had a very pleasant stay while exploring Cork. Everything in Cork was a short drive away. Stunning views was a bonus. Highly recommended

The views over the river was beautiful and the staff friendly.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the noise at night from others returning to their rooms too much. So not a good nights sleep.

Friendly, uncomplicated, easy. Old house, not perfect but charming.

My bathroom window overlooked the seating area below and the blinds didn't fully close. A lot of the fixtures / fittings are a bit dated. Main window in room didn't fully close so the noise from the seating area was loud in the room

Coolcower house is in a quiet place off from the main road. We slept perfectly and the children played on the garden with a lot of rabbits and (maybe) a fox. The breakfast was good. Thumbs up.

Breakfast was lovely. I would have preferred an earlier start. Location was fine and the place was easy to find. The dinner was pub grub however the pizza was above expectation for pup level food.

Everything about, call me weird but the smell of the house the feel and atmosphere, I grew up on a working farm so the whole setting for me was just absolutely lovely. Staff where a credit to the business. Hopefully back this way with work again soon

Staff friendly, hot breakfast good, great views out to the river.

Very slow internet almost impossible to use. Tired decor. Bed squeaked. you could here the next door room people talking, their bathroom use and their television.
