La proximité des lieux pour nos déplacements et la grandeur de l’appartement. Deux salles de bain rénovés! Deux chambres !

La construction sur le site qui est délabré, peu équipé dans la cuisine, un bac de vaisselle, des cochonneries dans les tiroirs qui ont été laissé là suite à des remplacements d’items, vieux meubles. Ancien complexe hôtelier qui a été laissé pour compte durant plus de deux ans suite à la pandémie. 6 chaises droites pour 6 tours à Condo sur le bord de la piscine ce qui est peu accueillant pour s’y divertir ! Surtout, ne vous attendez pas d’aller à la plage, vous serez déçu !Des matelas laissé sur le bord du mur de la chambre principale. Nous avons reçu les instructions sur place après avoir communiqué par what’app avec le proprio !

Coordinator friendly, fast response and helpful. Arrangements and explanations are very clear. Guide to location is simple and easy to understand. Mr Daniel Lee is a great asset to the company.

No microwave oven provided. Building and lift not well maintained. However glad that the painting of the building facade will be commencing soon ( information from the notice board).

spacious house with lots of extra matresses that could easily fit 6-7 people if needed. convenient parking space, close to lift.

the lift was a bit scary, but that would be more on the building management responsibility.

Cleanliness it is utmost important when I book an apartment. After a long day of sightseeing came back tired and could sleep soundly. Didn't get to use any of the facilities itineries too tight for 2 nights but nevertheless love my stay, everything within reach, surrounded by food haven, shopping mall and markets. Only setback we didn't know or wasn't inform of the side gate (shortcut esp for me with leg issue - using walking stick). Pls tell yr tenant the access card can use for side gate to easy access esp when going in and out of vicinity. Other than that we were very happy.

Netflix was cut so early hahaha

The rooms were clean . Bathroom were nicely fitted out . Value for money . Owner was very helpful and easy to check in .

only the swimming pool need to be cleaned 🙈 . it’s a bit dirty . overall ok sahaja 😁

Stayed for 4days. Very clean, comfortable place, responsive host, easy access.

Nothing bad, but suggest to also add washing machine.
