Location was easy to find and access even in bad weather.

Landscaping could be improved. There are chairs outside of room which is nice but your staring at a hedge of 8 ft boganvilla instead of the vast property and beautiful mountains. No hot water. Not one employee on the grounds to report there was no hot water. Which means we were at hotel completely alone . None of the other rooms were occupied. No cell phone or email to contact hotel management at night for security. Door to room was loose so anyone could open it while we were sleeping. Lady in charge seemed not concerned the next day when I reported it. She just offered another shower so I could take a hot shower. Hot shower that night in the cold rain and wind would have been nice as we were very tired from the drive. The place has potential, but they have some issues that need to be addressed

We come here all the time because we love the location, the stay, the natural pool, it is clean, etc. We just can't get enough of this place 😃

The room was beautiful and very clean. The grounds were well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful with each request. Really a beautiful place! We'll look forward to going back sometime!

It rained a lot while we were there. Rain is typical - at least once a day -but this rain was pretty much a constant 3 days rain and strong wind. Not usual weather at all for this place - but still there were enough covered areas that we could still enjoy being outside.

The breakfasts were fantastic. A very nice outdoor sitting room was covered. That was nice since it rained often during our three days.

Only thing I would recommend is to put more towels in the room if the room is booked for more than one person

The breakfast and staff are great. It is spacious and clean with great views.

The hotel located in the track of wind, it was very noisy and wake up us a few times per night. Will not recommend this place unless you can sleep well with heavy wind noise.

The hotel is good if you compare with the price. It was clean and beds were confortable. The hotel location can not be better, and the weather in the hotel is even better than in the rest of the town. Breakfast is really good, fresh fruit, yogur and granola and a variety of options, portion are fair.

I just will recommend some updates (the ceiling and curtains for example) to the bedrooms to make it more modern and adapt to the current times and maybe the receptionist to be a little bit more friendly. The ceiling fan in the room also needs maintenance as it makes a rare noise when you turn it on. Reception also needs to be cleaned. And I don’t like it is pet friendly (don’t hate me), as I was with my little kids and a guest’s dog almost bite my 4 years daughter, it is not fault of the hotel, but in the future I will consider not pet friendly hotels.

it wasn't clean, the staff wasn't welcoming, the great breakfast that they announce was torillas not well cooked and they dont even gave juice, just tea or cafe

Door need to be reinforced so the wind does not knock them at night. All night banging

Room, view, organization.

Pool: Water comes from natural river, but that’s no reason for the dirty pool. Can’t see pool bottom, you have no idea how deep it is. Pool floor totally slimy, need to be careful to no slip. Empty the pool, clean properly, install water filters can prevent the dirt and the slime, don’t need a huge investment to do it. Pool suppose you can swim but you won’t risk get in there.
