Perfectly located, beautiful and very relaxing common areas that allow unlimited use of outdoor space, even during rain showers. Very secure, clean, and functional accommodations. Staff was vigilant to any needs, and was quick to open the parking lot security gate even at 4 AM to let us out to do a hike in darkness up to the volcano rim.

Great welcoming staff, great location, very comfortable bed, and great advice about your guides.

The staff was friendly, the location was great, and the restaurant was convenient for breakfast.

Friendliness of the host. Staff bent over backwards to help us. They were very lovely, warm people.

The lighting was rather poor. There was traffic outside and across the street a bus stop. The host offered to move us but it really wasn't that bad.
