Outstanding
My only suggestion would be to move breakfast from 7-9 to 8-10 and check out from 10 to 11. But I'm nitpicking it was a fabulous place to stay

The room was beautiful! Loved the shower & hot tub, very comfortable bed. Owners were the nicest people, even made us an early breakfast for us to take on the road!

A luxurious stay in a picturesque location with sweeping views over Lake Taupo. From complimentary chocolate on the pillow (and the choice of a feather, lavender or cotton fill pillow), to the expansive room and spa bath, everything exceeded our expectations.
The room and house were immaculately clean. Every amenity was catered for including complimentary wine, water, a range of hot beverages, and toiletries including disposable bathroom sandals.
The hosts - Rob and Karen - were unobtrusive yet friendly and made the Bed and Breakfast experience really unique and special. I felt as though I was a welcome guest in their space and home.
Finally - the breakfast itself was amazing!
The stay was perfect, I cannot think of improvements.

Breakfast was amazing. Karen and Rob were the perfect hosts and the property was just beautiful. My only regret was we couldn’t spend more time there as we were travelling south. Will be back!

Gorgeous bed and breakfast stay high up, overlooking the lake with stunning views from the Kiwi Suite. Friendly and relaxing spot with every need thought of and the most amazing huge breakfast. There were little additions like chocolates around the room and there's a snooker table and honesty bar in the lodge to use. Loved every minute.

I loved our private jacuzzi. The hosts, Rob and Karen were lovely. Their breakfasts are delicious.
The decor of the lodge sure makes it feel like home. We enjoyed our stay.

property is well appointed, beautifully positioned with amazing views of the lake and has a cozy feel. The suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable - comfy bed, fabulous spa bath and balcony with great position to watch the sunrise and sunset.

beautifully furnished, great attention to detail with everything throughout this beautiful property. Hospitality was outstanding. Scrumptious breakfast. there was nothing missing. an absolute treat that surpassed our expectations. highly recommend this stunning venue.

An amazing stay, with absolutely stunning decor. Pillows and beds were very comfortable and luxurious.
The hosts went above and beyond, without invading own space.
Outside spa was super relaxing, whilst drinking complementary wine.
And the breakfast was 10/10. Very generous.

A perfect place to stay. The breakfast was cooked to perfection with plenty of choices, location was excellent only 5 minutes into Taupo.

There was nothing we didn't like
We loved the place it was beautiful from the entrance to the living and dining areas with a bar and games room. The hosts were amazing and gave our time there an incredible atmosphere which made you feel at home.
The room we had we breathtaking and luxurious we will definitely go stay there again. 10/10 recommendation
