Great rooms, very clean. Pool, room service and laundry were all a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our time here

There were several major issues and problems that the resort management and staff failed to address and resolve for me. 1. Electricity: Severe fluctuations caused frequent power outages from April 20-22, affecting our room day and night. Despite raising the issue multiple times, the daytime receptionist did not provide updates or clarify the extent of the problem. Staff were dismissive. 2. Towel quality: Towels were of extremely bad quality, stained and full of hair. Staff were unresponsive and dismissive when asked for softer towels. 3. Water temperature: Severe fluctuations in shower and tap water temperature were unpredictable and sometimes scalding. 4. WiFi: Intermittent signal loss required daily calls to reception for new codes. Staff dismissed the issue and did not resolve it. 5. Door lock: Access card did not work, requiring multiple attempts or use of the master key/card. Nighttime reception confirmed similar issues. 6. Room service: Despite reasonable service, a requested bottle opener was never delivered despite multiple follow-ups. 7. General comments: Though this resort's food and ambiance are not bad, poor hospitality was evident. Staff dismissed or overlooked requests and concerns, sometimes leaving us unable to reach reception from our room. Overall, the daytime reception staff (esp Rakshanda) was poorly trained, lacked any hospitality skills and unresponsive. However the nighttime reception staff was more responsive and helpful but they were limited by the fact that a lot problems could not be addressed unless followed up by the daytime staff members. I raised all these concerns with the general manager (Arjun Kohli) who promised to look into it for me as well as provide adequate compensation. However, despite several follow up messages, no actions were taken until I posted this. In fact, my booking has been wrongly marked as “No show” to escape any accountability and actions. A formal complaint has been launched to look into this.

stupidity and lack of service on behalf of the staff. eg ordering an Americano with cold milk and getting a frozen cafe latte, waiting time for drink orders is a complete joke. happened more than once that food arrived before drinks. staff does not walk around to ask for your order - you have to go and look for someone to get you order. this is getting quite annoying. so service definitely needs improvement and probably better training!

The staff around the pool were slow at times as there was never one person present to take orders. However Hossain was very helpful throughout. Also found the Andores, after we had split bookings called us on our room phone to pay one day before checking out so they avoided fees from booking.com. Not really a customer issue but we were happy to help. However upon paying up they never gave us a full invoice customer receipt which I'm accustomed to receiving at a hotel. It took them an hour to put it together the next day, with front desk not understanding how to share this info with a guest which was super amateur - it shouldn't take an hour to show me my full paid bill. I asked for a taxi but the staff at the front desk weren't helpful and after 20 min of asking for one they told me a 6 min drive was rs 600. They also started mocking my partner for mishearing the price, oblivious that she could understand 2 staff members mocking her in hindi. This was particularly appalling. The original taxi cost was higher than anticipated for the short journey but we were happy to take it. Within 30 min of asking for it they never ordered it despite my repetitive requests for them to update me on if I could get a quick taxi. I walked outside and it was rs 300. I loved the property but the last hour dealing with the inadequate reception staff who also were mocking my partner kiilled our experience, we were happy to be leaving and went to on an immaculate Taj

It's over priced.. I paid 50 k total for three nights stay... Without breakfast. It's surely over priced.

Quite and clean food is good the restaurant chef 👩‍🍳 is very good person he try to do the best for international breakfast and the staff is very good

Very clean and comfortable rooms. It was possible to check out later since our flight was in the evening. Restaurant was very nice and the food was very food.

No proper parking . Guest supposed to get down on a road outside the property, that risks the guest safety and other commuters safety on a road . When brought this to the notice of the manager Mr Kohli , his approach about is careless and not yet all bothered about the guest input. It is his property policy , guest vehicle cannot come inside the property to take out luggage and drop the guest . Very pathetic policy of the Andores management, least bothered about neither the safety of the guests nor the commuters on road About the Restaurant for breakfast , average breakfast, staff response were delayed , poor table arrangements- no glasses for water , no tissue napkins, despite requesting the same , we get the things after 15 minutes after repeat reminders

Stayed at Andores Resort and Spa, Calangute for 3 days. I must say the property is really beautiful. The Ambience is amazing. The rooms, washrooms and the swimming pool are all super awesome! The rooms are spacious with good aesthetics. The resort is situated in Calangute and the Calangute beach is just 5 minutes away from Andores Resort. Best thing about the stay was their breakfast. They have the best doughnuts (My wife's missing it : D) and Masala Tea. They have 'live dosa' and 'omlette' station too. All the staff were courteous and willing to help at all times. A big shoutout to Asif and Ajay (staff) who were extremely helpful and friendly and made sure we got everything we needed during the breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend it for everyone.

The menu at their restaurant for lunch and dinner can be improved.

Very tastefully done hotel. Beautiful interiors and landscapes. To match this the staff was very prompt, friendly and helpful. All the facilities and services are well thought of and proactively maintained. The breakfast was good as well.
