Excellent accommodation with everything supplied. Spacious, ensuite bedrooms and t.v in every room, excellent hosts, able to advise on best beaches, travel arrangements, pool was great with equipment provided. Location excellent. 10 out of 10.

Liked everything.

My unit was beautiful and spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was gorgeous. I absolutely loved my stay here and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back on my next visit to the area.

I can’t fault the property in any way. It is ran by a couple that clearly love what they’re doing.

We were met by Tony and Tracy with the keys and a tour of the property.

When we got here earlier than the check in time.The hosts were lovely people and let us in they were very helpful giving us a tour of the property. We were surprised to find that Everything was provided for our stay. beautiful decor lovely warm pool with balls to keep us entertained. outstanding loved our stay highly recommend this place.

Very quiet location, but close to some good places to eat. Quick to get to the seafront and amenities on foot. Easy parking on site. Lovely pool for guests. Facilities inside the apartment were great with Washing machine, Dish washer, Oven, Hob, Fridge freezer and good amount of preparation area. Bath room was very smart and the shower worked well with wet room style floor (no step). Views from windows were over other property and with good light, being situated on a hill, our apartment had a balcony with seating and a large door for access. A good breeze flowed from the rear to front of the property keeping it cool on the hot days we spent there. The rooms were themed after famous people and we liked this.

I would like Air Con, but in this case it was not necessary. Very little else was wrong and we would stay here again.

What a great stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you could need and more. Hosts were welcoming and attentive. Own heated indoor pool was a saviour on the overcast day and great outdoor space to catch evening sunset with a glass of vino. Short walk to beachfront and local amenities 1 minute walk away. Highly recommended and we'll be booking again. Thanks so much.

The host Tony was always on hand and ready to assist if required. The apartment was perfect for my mobilty needs and everything had been considered to ensure full disability access. There was even a large folder full of accessible places to visit and other disability related information.. The toilet has a drop down safety support handrail and the wetroom is perfect for my requirements with a fold down seat. The large double bed is fully electric as are the recliner and rise and recline chairs. The apartment is supplied with absolutely everything you can think of, including cleaning products and plastic crockery for using outside. The swimming pool made the holiday for us. It was lovely and clean and the host showed us how to slide back the cover if we wanted to swim in the outdoor sunshine. We had a swim every day! The railway station is just along the road and it was only a few minutes drive or a 10 minute walk to Torquay sea front. My husband brought his bike with him and he was happy to go out riding knowing that I was able to access everything independently while he was away. This was the perfect holiday apartment for both of us and we intend to return next year. This is one of those places where you want everyone to know how fantastic it is but at the same time want to keep it to yourself!

There were only a few very small issues which werent really a major concerm for us. The internet connection was a little hit and miss which did prevent us from using it as much as we would have liked. The recliner chair had a sagging seat which dropped to the right when you sat in it. We were able to overcome this with the help of a cushion and it didnt really bother us that much because we didnt spend a lot of time sitting down! The rooms are quite dark (its a lower ground apartment!), but there are ample lights which are considerately placed to overcome this.

The owners were very accommodating letting us use a secure and covered lockup on site. The rooms had all the facilities you would want and some, the pool was lovely and warm. I would recomend to anyone.

We liked everything. The deco was charming and well equipped, we didn't use the heated pool but other guests did.

Great place absolutely perfect for our needs, stayed in the Brunel apartment which is very well equipped and presented exceptionally well, I had the best nights sleep in years really comfortable beds,Tony and Tracey are really friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble I extended my stay an extra night without any problems and I have already booked again. I have stayed all over the country in many different places and would highly recommend this property.
