great value for money, comfortable and clean apartment with a nice view of the city skyline. Staff are friendly and efficient even at 2 am when I checked in. Lots of restaurants and even a supermarket with in a 2 min walk.

I didn't find anything I didn't like. It overs better value and comfort than hotels costing 3 times the price.

The location is perfect for exploring BGC. There are tons of restaurants, cafes and shopping within easy walking distance.

Minor dislikes- the furnishings are dated and the shower had lukewarm water. Neither of these would prevent me from staying here again. The location is just so convenient.

Location is good, but that could be said of any hotel in BGC. The hosts provided clean water. Security.

It is not a hotel but a number of private owners of condos to which you are assigned. The pool was closed for cleaning during our stay. I was on the 16th floor and the street noise was very audible -- I think the building is poorly insulated. My room had cockroaches in it. I stayed for two nights and tried not to let it bother me, as the roaches were mostly on the floor and in the bathroom, but then they started appearing on tables and crawling on my belongings. When I asked for a new room they offered to clean my room but declined to give me a new one. They offered me roach spray but told me to wear my N95 when I sprayed it. I decided to check out and stay at the Ascott around the corner which was quite nice. I did not get my money back. I think if this property was about half the price I wouldn't have been disappointed, but for the money this is just not worth it by a long shot. Others staying here didn't have the same issue as me, so it might have just been luck of the draw. You can see for yourself but I recommend just booking somewhere else.

I like the loft its big and functional. It can fit a whole family, Clean, Fresh and Organize. It has everything you need!! I love my stay. (way better than hotel) 😀 9/10 for my stay!

I hope they have an option that can allow 4 adults and 2 babies in the loft. Its too big. ( i was hoping i can bring my babies and their yaya but unfortunately it cant)

Very good value for money considering the location and how nice the apartment is.

Not much to complain about really, maybe just the placement of the TV is awkward but we didnt even end up using it.

Lots of comfort freebies included. Made the stay more comfortable--such as toothbrush, tooth paste, shampoo, cond., towels. Since we were only staying for one night, it made it convenient that we dont have to unpack to get our toiletries to use. Place was in good location and very modern. Nice view. Great stay!! Broker was there to meet us which was great and smooth transition.
