Beautiful place Wonderful staff!

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely accommodation. Great towels and shower. Comfy bed. Great gym. Super helpful staff.

The food was terrible. We ate at the Grill. We got to breakfast at 9am. Most of the food was finished. We were limited in terms of how much we could have despite having paid for bed and breakfast ie. only given one sausage . We were told my mum couldn't have the porridge oats she wanted as "it would take too long to make it". Its a shame that the food let the place down..

A wide variety of breakfast options. I enjoyed it. My daughter who's vegetarian also had choices.

The welcoming, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. It would have also been nice for them to give some guidance as to the services and amenities offered we had to figure things out by ourselves

This is my second time visiting Sandy's and its definitely a great escape from the busy city of Lusaka. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The bed is firm with comfortable pillows. The staff were also very welcoming and lovely. Also the curtains make the room very dark so you are not woken up harshly by the sun in the morning.

Well I think the standards have dropped since I was last here. The pool definitely needs cleaning and the quality of the food needs to be improved.

We left early - did not eat breakfast. Can't comment.

The location was great, the garden and pool is so tranquil.

Loved that my room was just but the poor and aside from the traffic noise the place was literally quiet

The spare blanket that was put in the closet was dusty
