Beautiful design and art. Stylish. Comfy lodges and garden. Mostly sweet staff. In particular at the reception.

Food and drinks were not as good as expected. Service sometimes slow. When something goes wrong even with a bit of an attitude. Gardeners/ workers in the garden use a wheelbarrow that is in desperate need for oiling and makes terrible sound. Not well sound-proofed rooms. Dirty, old toilet brush needs exchange. Spa is a plus and ok but not exceptionally good. Pool is too cold and not clean. (Cannot be used for swimming)

The location was good. The room size was good

Service was bad all over. Our room wasn't ready. The poolside was full with day visitors and guests couldn't sit there and have a drink. Safe couldn't be used and after asking for it to be unlocked nothing happened. We were told that the Other Side was open and returned to the hotel to relax only to find it closed.

Their were no slippers in the bed room . The only staff issue we encountered was at breakfast the waiter staff were to busy talking to be interested to take the breakfast order

The food is not as excellent as it used to be . A change of Chef is evident .maybe that problem will be solved soon

The air con unit was stuck on cold blast without ability to power off.
