The bathroom didn’t look like the photos, hole in the bottom of the shower meaning the whole bathroom would flood.

No English was spoken by the staff. No shower curtains, so all the floor was wet after showering. The hairdryer was smoking, good it didn't get on fire. They scammed us with prices, one person asked one price for a drink, the other one a higher price and the bartender tried to cash 50€ for a 6€ bottle. Very odd and not good breakfast.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Private parking space on the back of the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and city center.

Nice looking room. The staff of the hotel were very kind and helpful despite not speaking any English. We would also get very fast answer to all our questions when texting the hotel via booking.

The hotel is a little warned down, the floors were not very clean. The bathroom was nothing like the pictures, rather basic and the drain of the shower was clogged. It would have been nice to have hooks to hang up towels.

Rooms are very good equipped, everything is rather new. Good location - 15-20 minutes on foot to the Sheshi Skanderbeg, bus stops near the hotel.

Card payments aren't possible, breakfast offer is really poor (just an omelette, marmalade and some cottage cheese, coffee on request)

the room was beautiful, as on the pictures. it was clean and comfortable, with built in AC. The breakfast contained a scrambled eggs with some veggies, and a low quality pre packed croissants with some jam and a low quality fruit juice. The staff didn’t speak English, but they kind with us.

The lobby/reception/bar/restaurant part (all together one room) was not in the best shape, the toilet here was a bad experience. The view is not nice from the room, but we expected this. The bathroom has an open shower part, but the water doesn’t flow into it’s designed place, but instead it flows everywhere in the bathroom, making it not just wet, but the water will stay in the middle. but after the first use we just used the bathtub.

bed not comfortable. entering the hotel was a very bad smell. it was moisture in the bathroom of the room. there was no refrigirator in the room. breakfast was very bad. fried omlete with old oil and old vetetables.

The best is the staff, very kind and helpful.

Some rooms are noisy because of the cars

The hotel is in a prominent location beside a canal only a couple of kms southwest of the city centre. The owner/manager kindly showed me the way to the bus station when I left.

Some reception staff were not particularly helpful in their approach and it took a while to ascertain key information at check in, like wifi passwords. Little English is spoken.
