El chico sabe inglés, fue muy amable y atento nos ayudo a coger entradas y aconsejó para el parque de zhangjiajie y para tianmen.

Las fotos de las habitaciones que cogí tenían baño occidental pero la que nos dieron tenían el agujero asiatiatico y subían olores, no nos quejamos porque nos pareció una experiencia pero estaría bien que avisaran. También se escuchaban los aviones, lo bueno es que no había aviones a partir de cierta hora asi que se podía dormir.

If you are going to TianMen this is a great place to stay. Its close to the cable car that will take you up. The downstairs and room are nicely decorated. The hotel is pretty cheap, so great for keeping a budget

In the description it said "soundproof" unfortunately it wasn't. I could hear almost everything from outside the door and windows while everything was shut.

The owner ,Jerry, is very nice and helpful spending hours with us to plan Zhangjiajie Forest and Tianmen mountain Trip in very details. The location is very excellent closed to Zhangjiajie Central bus station, Tianmen mountain cableway, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need.

We only stayed one night. The room was nice and clean. The host super helpful. I'd definitely come back.

I had a great stay at Hotel California Zhangjiajie. Very easy check-in and friendly host, rooms were spacious, and great location within walking distance to the Tianmenshan cablecar station.

Location was good, close to the train station and bus terminal and also close to the Tianmin cableway.

Only small towels provided when we arrived. The toilet was not very clean. Just a little toilet paper. Soap, an old and dusty small pack. Shower gel and shampoo were provided in dusty little bottles. The building did not look like in the pictures. The interior was very close to the pictures but just deteriorated overtime. It gave the impression that a lot of effort went into it at some point but now was a bit unattended.

the host was nice and spoke English. he gave us some tips about which route to take on the tianzi mountain.
