La chambre était très grande et très lumineuse. L’accueil vis à vis de notre chien et de notre bébé était très chaleureux. Cet hôtel était vraiment une belle surprise.

Les oreillers étaient trop mou à notre goût.

A deux pas de la gare, chambre petite mais correcte avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un court séjour. Le fait de donner sur la cour était un plus pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue.

Un nettoyage approximatif et un bruit bizarre dans le mur (ventilation ?). Deux minutes de silence puis un vombrissement pendant 30 secondes et cela en alternance pendant toute la nuit.

La ducha estaba muy desgastada y el plato era casi de color marrón (del desgaste).

Emplacement plein centre. Tarif de parking négocié intéressant et très pratique. Personnel sympa et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Chambre pas vraiment bien refaites, les prises de courant sortent du mur, les raccords de plâtre et de peinte sont faits n'importe comment. Literie un peu spartiate. Et surtout insonorisation sur la rue de mauvaise qualité, on entend les discussions des passants alors que les fenêtres sont en double vitrage.

La localisation était parfaite, nous étions à proximité de tout. Le personnel était à notre écoute et de bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Bien isolé du bruit nous avons bien dormi.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable and the staff were super nice.

Sound isolation was not that great. There was only one towel per person, but the cleaning lady was nice to give us additional ones.

The hotel is very well located, just 3 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the city center. It was very clean, the towels were changed every day, although we did not leave them on the floor.

Although the bathroom is very large, we didn't have a shelf where we could put our cosmetics. The bathroom does not have a fan or ventilation and after every shower steam is made.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and willing to help. Even they offered me early checkin when they have the rooms available. Nice location very close to the centre.

Terrible beds; worn carpets in the room; takeout cups in the room; non existent housekeeping; no safe in the room; nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, other than the floor; aircon that was on but not really effective; a lift that only fits one person + luggage; late night noise from the street until the early hours.

Ideal location. Convenient to old town without the late night noise. Train station was a short stroll.

Reception lobby was small, but it worked as staff was attentive, friendly and professional.

Friendly Staff and excellent hotel location. Clean room and good aircon. We will definitely book it again ! :)

There is no fridge and shower gel was not refilled when we checked in. Pillows are too soft. There is no safety box in the room.

Room on first floor and an elevator helps to get your stuff to the room. Were friendly stuff. Gluten free option on request and my wife was very happy as they heated up the GF buns. AC is needed as the street is very busy and the. local buses ding a lot... As the hotel is in the centre, the lake is in walking distance.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. they welcomed us when we arrived on the first day and were friendly throughout our visit. we had water leaking from the shower (I think it was due to a very large gap between the bath and the glass panel, but made the bathroom floor very slippy) and they moved us to another immediately. it was a slightly bigger room and away from the front street so suited us much better!

The breakfast area is too small to cater for some of the large groups the hotel seems to have. On wet mornings more guests came down for breakfast, something we did once. The waitress just couldn’t cope and was quite grumpy about all the people queuing up. When we finally got in there was very little food available, which made things worse. We didn’t really get a full breakfast that day but had to pay for it.
