No heater in my room (Maybe I could not find it)

The location is very good, the price is low and the owners are super nice - they changed our room when we complained about not having a window. That's about it.

It is NOT a guesthouse - it is a flat with four rooms so you have no privacy and hear everybody around, breakfast is served in the corridor, which was just outside our room. I guess we were very unlucky to end up in a room called Beethoven that had NO WINDOW! We wanted to stay 4 nights but that was not possible as I was travelling with my elderly mum and after two days she refused to stay there any longer. Fair enough, when we complained the owner transferred us for free to another hostel for the remaining two nights where we got a normal standard room (with a window:).

Extremely hard to find! I lived in Tirana for 10 years and it was very hidden even for me. I arrived late after midnight and supposedly I had the self-check in instructions. My driver dropped me at the described location (behind Bar Santa) and I thought would really be behind it. It wasn’t. I had no internet on my phone because I couldn’t charge at that late hour and the streets were empty, no bars open to connect to wifi. No passersby to ask for a call. I kept looking following the address Myslym Shyri 34 as written in my booking confirmation. Of course it wasn’t there. 45min later I was still outside, at 2am, in the cold December, with no clue of what what I could do. Finally I see someone passing by and I ask for a call. I call the house and no one answers. I finally managed to “borrow” some wifi from a closed coffe shop nearby and find the location on Google Maps. In the meantime, the house has ignored my messages and calls. I go inside. The house isn’t renovated but it’s as it looks in the pictures. I had booked a room with balcony but was given one without (couldn’t care less at 3am, but just so you know that you might not get what you have booked). The Hemingway room. It was clean and big. The bathroom has a whole in the window apparently for ventilation, making it very cold. Forget about a warm shower before a long travel. The worse is yet to come. The morning after I woke up in time for breakfast. The lady was kind and cooked a nice meal. But after telling her my “adventure,” I never heard “I’m sorry about your experience…” All I heard was: this house is the easiest to find. You have followed a wrong address. Why don’t you have internet on your phone? So… it was my fault. Long story short: to not come here at night with self-check in. Do not come here without internet and a phone number. Do not come here in winter when is too cold for a relaxing shower.

Bardzo ładny, duży i przestronny pokój, czysto i przyjemnie. Pokój gustownie urządzony i wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Bardzo miła właścicielka i miła obsługa przy śniadaniu. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, super. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo polecam, zdecydowanie wybrałbym drugi raz.

W zimie w pokoju jest nieco chłodno, a nie ma ogrzewania.

Le camere sono pulite e davvero grandi. Struttura comoda a 10-15 min a piedi dal centro. Zona di movida vicina (ma non troppo vicina da disturbare!). Colazione abbondante e gentilezza della proprietaria

Esteticamente il palazzo potrebbe intimorire, di sera, poiché non tenuto benissimo ma appena si apre la porta si cambia completamente idea!

the place is located in a pretty area in centre but still out of the town crowds and noise,very comfortable,it had everything needed,I felt like in my own home,the owner was so helpful for sure I would come back again.

Lovely b&b, hosts were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The lady serving breakfast was very sweet and like a ray of sunshine. very reasonable price too.

Il b&b artistic Tirana è una vera perla: a gestione familiare, ci si sente subito a casa, sin dalla prenotazione. Gestori estremamente attenti e precisi, rispondono ad ogni richiesta e fanno del loro meglio per soddisfarla. Colazione express inclusa, servita con sorriso e cortesia. Il prezzo è estremamente conveniente, il che la rende la base di appoggio perfetta per esplorare la città.

The location was great the city centre was only a 15 minute walk, but we did find a nice bar called Santa bar which sold cheap beer and the meals were very reasonable priced aswell . Overall a great location

Great communication with the host after booking. Very responsive.

Breakfast was Ok, but could have been better (1 piece of toast with avocado, egg, some dry biscuits, some bread with jam and butter, 1 coffee, water, orange juice ( not fresh)). The lady was very friendly though.

Quarto excelente. Dona da acomodação muito simpática e pronta pra atender. Vale a pena. Localização fica perto de tudo.

Host was so friendly and met with us to show us the apartment. She also made a brilliant breakfast for us earlier than usual and made sure we got a taxi to the airport which we are super grateful for. Slept really well too!

It’s pretty small so if you want more space then it’s not for you but for one or two nights it is perfect like it was for us.

La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e super disponibile! La colazione è stata buona e abbondante.. La posizione è abbastanza centrale, in 15/20 min si arriva in centro ma sotto l'appartamento ci sono un sacco di bar e ristoranti.

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, direi che quando si fa la doccia si allaga un po' il bagno, ma non è stato un problema.

Super nette Leute und Laufweite zur Innenstadt. Frühstück albanisch knapp, aber liebevoll.

Parkplatz gibt es nicht (man kann aber in der Nähe, für Albanien sehr teuer, parken). Die Bilder entsprechen nur bedingt den echten Zimmern.

A great place to stay for 1 night on our way down to the south. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Host serves a lovely breakfast and very friendly.
