Veronica and Diane were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good, close to the city centre and Hoe, but on a quiet street. Corner shop, cafes, chip shop, and bus stop, are all close by.
Good choice at breakfast which was very well presented and prepared.

A great traditional style guest house very close to the sea front. We had a lovely, bright room with subtle beach themed touches and a beautifully clean and fresh ensuite shower room. Breakfast was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

Its a wonderful facility. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were spotless. Lovely biscuits in the room :-). The breakfast was freshly cooked and was delicious. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. (We arrived late) Great value for money. Parking was available.
The seagulls were very very noisy and wake up very early in the morning. However its the seaside so its to be expected.

I enjoyed everything about the Caraneal, all the staff were extremely helpful, my room and its facilities were top-notch, and the Full English breakfast was plentiful and very tasty!
I was made to feel very welcome by people who went above and beyond to help me, many thanks!

Comfy room, clean modern en suite bathroom, easy on street parking outside (£5 per day, permits available from the BnB). Great breakfast choices and a stone's throw from the Hoe. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was great and very comfortable with a fantastic full English breakfast included.
Paying for on-street parking overnight (although wasn't expensive) which only lasts until 9am so had to remember to add another hour even though only needed half hour.
