Damian and Mark were exceptional hosts going above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and my 11 year old son and I had a wonderful stay on our 4 day trip to the sights and attractions of Blackpool. Marks cooked breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day with full tummies! Damian felt like an instant friend and gave tips for shows, places to visit and so on. My son enjoyed chatting with them and getting to know them too. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next trip to Blackpool. Thank you so much guys for a wonderful stay

There wasn’t anything we disliked

Huge attention to detail. Very attractive décor. Spotless. Damian and Mark were absolutely first rate. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Example: Damian gave us a lift to the cricket ground in case we lost our parking spot on the street.

Hosts Damien and Mark were lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The B&B itself is stylish, modern, and well equipped...it truly is a home from home. The property is, by far, the cleanest and best presented in Blackpool. Breakfast was lovely and the boys ensured a wide choice to get your day started correctly!

Absolute no faults! We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Got to start off with Damien and Mark the owners as you could not get a more welcoming greeting on arrival. Throughout our stay they were very polite and nothing was too much to ask for. As for the hotel itself it's modern, fresh and cleaned to very high standards and the room we had was ideal for us and our 2 kids. After a long day on the seafront, we returned to the hotel for a couple of drinks in the bar/breakfast room which is a lovely relaxing place. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and the perfect way to start the day. This was our 1st stay at this hotel and the best we have been in at Blackpool. To put it this way we will be planning our future Blackpool trips on availability in this hotel rather than just booking elsewhere

Damien and Mark made us feel like friends they’d known for a very long time. They made an effort with my children, couldn’t have been more friendly and bubbly.

The owners were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for the nights stay. Breakfast was lovely and a veggie option was available no problem. Both me and my mum would be back again :)

the room I stayed in was quite small but it had everything I needed. it was clean and warm and beautifully presented.

the only thing I didn’t like was parking but this isn’t something the owners have any control over

Amazing hotel absolutely lovely couple that own it.. lovely little touches with the hearts and free sweeties. Beautiful and the cleanliness was outstanding and the bed is the most comftable bed I've ever slept in. 😁
