The location is amazing! 5 minute walk to the beach, and wonderful restaurants around.

This stay was to facilitate us making a 4AM check in at the airport for departure back to USA. Luigi (owner) picked us up at the train station on arrival and took us to meet his wife Maria who checked us in. They gave us a terrific recommendation for dinner. The clincher, Luigi was outside the door at 4AM to drive us to the busy airport, what a bonus!

Maybe next time we'd get one of the second floor balcony rooms for a small upgrade fee. But as it worked out, our room was great with access right to Luigi's car. Lots of towel, great bathroom, comfy beds ....and a great patio off the master bedroom.

I asked how to arrive at the property from the nearest train station, which was the airport. The information was incorrect. I called the property and they've sent me to another place statin that buses are not their responsibility although they knew the bus stop was moved. Just didn't care to insert the right info into their automatic response. However at the second place there was no bus either. Spent an hour looking for bus stop at Fiumicino. Now I know where it is. The room was very small with horrible white lights and too many artificial odours, had to put them away otherwise it was difficult to breathe. Must say that Fiumicino is difficult anyway if you don't have a car.

Very comfortable bed, excellent to rest after flight, just 5 minutes by walk from the beach, ideal for go to swimming early morning,before check out. I will definitely come back.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. She even organised for our airport transfer in the morning. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet. There is a tea and coffee maker which was convenient. The pick-up from the airport worked well and was helpful.

The "single deluxe room" I stayed in was different from the photo on the booking. The photo showed a normal table, which I needed to do some work. My room had a small high round table in the corner. The deluxe room was on the ground floor and the so called "garden view" is misleading as there is no garden and the view from my window was a car park and when you open the door you see a wall. There is a small area at the corner with some lounge furniture (for smokers) but it didn't feel inviting. This ground floor room is fine for one night, but not if you stay longer.

We had a one night stopover here, ahead of our flight from Fiumicino (we used the shuttle offered by the guest house). The room was clean and comfortable, and the guest house is well located in the town centre, near to a good choice of restaurants and the beach.

Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the apartment. Also, it is worth noting that breakfast is no longer available at tue guest house.

A cute apartment that provided a convenient overnight stay prior to our overseas flight home. The shuttle offered by the site covered three of us for one low price and was timely, especially on our way to the airport. We walked to the beach and had an evening oceanside meal--a great way to wind down from an Italian vacation.

Room was perfect -- hostess was kind and answered all of our questions. She even arranged a ride to the airport for us. Easy walk to the beach and restaurant recommendations were spot on. Seafood was delicious and fresh. We spent our last evening in Italy on the gorgeous patio deck and had a great view of the area.
