It was a clean room with a clean bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful with questions. It is absolutely forth it when you consider the price.

The room was quite small and I don’t recommend staying for more than one night, because Puntarenas is not a beautiful place.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. The room was great and the location, very good. The food is really nice and fear prices. The place is by the sea!

No customer service oriented, rude, not following instructions, I ask to charge my credit card from my reservation and the person confused my wife asking her for the “payment” my wife call me and I speak with the young ignorant and rude lady and give her the instructions I how my card can be charge (I was a 15 years travel agent) the person hang up the phone on me. The breakfast ( included) was only three options but the difference was only 60 cents to have the breakfast the customer want. but the worst was when I try to contact Booking.com and have no response as of today, Booking.com Is the worst customer service with an automatic AI response expecting to fulfill a real customer service needs. and is not the first time we received a bad customer service experience with Booking.com so we decide is the last time we used the service of Booking.com

Close to Puntarenas centre. Good breakfast in the restaurant

No hot water. Not clear how to get into the hotel (you have to check in at the restaurant and the hotel is behind this but not clear if you don’t know this). Not the nicest area but good for stopping over for a night like we did. Rooms didn’t look like the photos.

Very beautiful, exciting and cosy Hostel/Hotel. Alejandro was sooo nice! He prepare awesome cocktails and gives you a great time at the Aldea Pura Vida. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean and the location is - well, the pacific ocean is across the street, so - perfect.

The shower was a bit too cold for one of us.
