Very friendly and helpful staffs especially John. Spacious room and clean, they provide all the necessary items and sufficient water bottles. Convenient location and i felt safe throughout my stay

The staff were fantastic from Claire meeting me at the entrance, Muhammad, Adeline on reception, Nancy and Donath ( hope I am spelling correctly) and the two people who served me in the restaurant. Check in experience was great and I absolutely loved the room as so big and comfortable with lovely bathroom too. Great view of the mountain too and thankfully it was quiet within the hotel. i sat in the area looking out at the restaurant which was a treat. The spaghetti Bolognese was exceptional Would definitely stay again as location was very good especially if I got a deal from Booking.Com. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF. You are doing the important things so well. Blessings in abundance.

Most hotels do not manage to keep breakfast food warm and would say this too. The music from the restaurant was way too loud and needed to be far more chilled on a Saturday evening but I was told this was from elsewhere. The spaghetti was wonderful but maybe cut the portions by a third as waste is such a shame as it was fabulous.

The room was quite quaint. It's a good hotel for an emergency stay or a quick stay.

The rooms can use some updating. I didn't like being scanned every time I entered the hotel. Although this happens in every town in Rwanda, I'm not too fond of it.

The room was large with comfortable beds. There was a buffet breakfast, which included eggs on order. The receptionists were helpful. Good views of the city.

We walked to restaurants/cafes around the area but Kigali is quite hilly. Might have been better to call a boda to get around.

I really enjoy my stay at 2000 DOWNTOWN HOTEL. Right from the Concierge Miss MEGAN and Miss JOSSY, especially Miss MEGAN she is hospitable and friendly throughout my stay. They made my stay home from home. To the receptionist Miss SABRINE, she welcomed me like a family . Then to the Restaurant people, they were all awesome. Then the home keeper FABIAN diligent and perfect in his duty. I gave all of them perfect 10. i look forward to coming back soon to Kigali because of the experience of staffs of 2000 Downtown HOTEL.

This property is really good value: downtown Kigali and as good as any of its local competitors, just much cheaper! A particular shout out to Phiona and Ariane on reception who were very helpful.

Very specious room with excellent facilities. I loved the bamboo restaurant, the food was great. And Yadema is a very pleasant waiter. The front office staff were polite and pleasant.

Although my room was clean the sight of cockroaches in the washroom was unpleasant

The staff was very good and caring.Jossie and Yadema (at the restaurant) were exceptional and went beyond duty. Highly recommended hotel to experience downtown Kigali. Airport shuttle organised, and breakfast/lunch buffet good too.

The hotel ia beautiful in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, and location. The staff were super friendly and helpful, espcially Mohammed Nzeyimana, who helped and took care of me most of the time.

Staff was incredibly helpful and nice

The rooftop restaurant looks nothing like what is on the photos, it's more some sort of dirty warehouse rather than what we see on the photos proposed by the hotel. (see my photo) I had to change rooms two times for a two night stay : the first time because my room smelled like cigarette, the second time because the street was quite loud (apparently it is not usual). The staff was really nice each time though. I left a travel pillow when I changed room the first time, and when I enquired about it at receptionm housekeeping had not brough it back.

Supervisor Schalom and Nelly were very friendly and helpfull to me.
