The hotel is centrally located and at a convenient location. Staff was good. The room we had booked and stayed in, was good, well lit, clean and hot water facility in bathroom was good.

In view of the price of the room, certain things were not up to the mark. We had to request for toilet roll, tea , coffee and sugar sachet to prepare tea in room and water bottle had to be requested for. On the day of check out, we requested for a room stay for half day but we're charged an exorbitant amount which was not worth . Secondly, the mattress on bed was not at all comfortable. Could not sleep properly.
