Water heater doesnt heat the water in bathrooms as water very cold. Air cond in 2 rooms are not cold but warm.

Swimming Pool , Parking ok,

Air-conditioner does not operates properly, the bathroom clogged (flooded) , Stove didn't work at all, the microwave was a trouble to turn on, lack of dressing table on every room

The unit was huge for big family. We had 6 persons and everyone managed to sleep on a proper bed, not sofa bed. If you are traveling in big group, just bring your sleeping bag and the living room is huge to sleep in.

The unit we got has a heater for shower but the water wasn’t hot enough. Probably not working well. The master bedroom aircon wasn’t that cold. We also had problem access the lift lobby door via the carpark. We had to go down to ground floor and access via ground level lift to get up to our unit.

Unit is clean and spacious. 10mins walk to Jonker street.

Water heater not working. one of the common room door handle faulty, once u close the door, u need someone outside to open for u. There isn’t 1 box of tissue paper in the unit. Curtains in the room is not dark out. TV limited channels.

Place is clean and nearby to place to visit.

Kettle not working. It doesn't auto shut off. There's no 3+1coffee or tea or sugar. Cust have to bring or buy frm the nearby shop.
