Host was available ahead and during our stay. She was quite friendly and helpful.

Host was very friendly and helpful. We were about 2 hours behind schedule getting to the apartment due to the conditions on the highway but Emma was very patient and welcomed us warmly. The unit was spacious and bright with morning sun into the property. Parking was good and covered with controlled access. You can practically walk to the bay to enjoy good eateries and nice cafes. Convenience stores were also just a stone throw away.

Washing machine and electric kettle needed a thorough cleaning.

We were met at the apartment by the host and shown to our apartment. The location to the bay area Bar & Restaurants and train station were within a very short distance of the apartment.

The second bedroom had a lack of storage. The chest of drawers was full of mis-match bed linen. When we moved it to be able to close the door for privacy as we were 2 couples staying the unit was missing a foot so the door had been propping it up. Needless to say the drawer unit then lent backwards. The towels although looked clean on appearance, once they become damp from use smelt disgusting. There were also wet towels on clothes horse in the cupboard. You don't expect wet bed linen from previous visits to be left in the apartment. You aren't able to open the blinds to see out because none of the mechanisms work on any of the three rooms. The blind are in poor repair and are bent and sticking out. None of the windows we tried opened either. The keypad entry to the main lobby area was very hit and miss. We returned to find other people not able to gain access. Luckily with persistence we did all get back in. The arrangements on leaving the apartment were to leave the keys under the mat, but in order to vacate the carpark gate you needed the electronic key for the car park, and so this meant having to return to the apartment after taking all your belongings down and driving your vehicle out to return with the electronic key. This apartment could be so much more with a little attention to detail such as matching bedding and fresh towels

Please correct postcode on the listing! Also the roof creaks a lot! It was quite windy when we were there. Please add a cafetiere or coffee pot - there was mutiny in the morning!
