They did not allow me to change my booking to 1 day from 4 days after I found the room to be too small

Location - very well located with easy access to malls and restaurants ! Good polite housekeeping staff !

Dirty stained bed linen (used my sleeping bag for 3 nights) pillows were absolutely disgusting (used a t Shirt as a pillow case) Dirty bathroom and no warm water whatsoever Arrived at 3am and booked hotel specifically as it has 24 hour desk the person on duty didn’t answer front gate for ages as he was asleep and then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have a booking. When he finally worked out that I did.. it took another 30 minutes to check in as I had to sign into various books. No hotel needs to take 40 minutes to check somebody in. This has been my worst hotel in Asia and I have lived in south east Asia for around a year.

The location is very close to City Centre Salt Lake. Also near the places we wanted to visit. The food was excellent at the hotel.

The rooms were not similar to the pictures shown. The washroom had the biggest issue, the toilet wouldn't flush out much. So, I had to flush 2-3 times. There weren't many toiletries, so we had to push the room service for those.

Nothing to like this hotel.Jst that it's location is in Salt Lake THATS IT.

Worst hotel,doesn't match the pic stated in site.Gave me 601 room , more like storage room.pathetic.Never again.
