La facilidad para coordinar el Check in y disposición de ayuda, el personal muy bien.
Parqueo expuesto en la calle puede ser peligroso para los vehículos, el ascensor como que se trababa, compañeros se quedaron atrapados

El Hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Muy céntrico. El desayuno mi primer día fue deluxe pero el segundo día no era lo que esperaba no pudieron mantener el titulo deluxe. Lamentable.
El ruido de la ciudad, la habitación donde estaba no tenía suficiente cortinas y entraba la luz del alumbrado publico a la habitación, el baño la ducha era muy vieja y se salía el agua el piso se mojaba luego las almohadas preferí no usarlas pase mal mi cuello.

Great staff. Taking into account Covid19 related problems and restrictions, all the staff gives their best to keep hotel operation as good as possible (that is the main reason for my overall rating for this hotel) If you have something to do in Heredia City, this hotel has an excellent location. It is near many restaurants, 150m from a supermarket and a car rental site, 500m from Universidad Nacional, 700m from a small mall and a bank (where you can exchange US Dollars to Colones at good exchange rate - bring your passport).
The street can be noisy at night (there is a bar in front of the hotel) and you may hear some noise when you are in you room. The mattress of the bed is just ok (could be more confortable).

Close to where we wanted to be. Quiet. A/C inside the room. The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave.
The room was Ok. The beds were not very comfortable. On our last day, I wanted to make use of the refrigerator inside the room and found out that it had mold and the microwave had some food spots. I should have said something about it but we were leaving the next morning...

I’m not sure if it was a miscommunication or if breakfast consisted of an apple, dry toast, jelly and coffee. I expected eggs and gallo pinto.

The staff were very friendly, and welcoming. Perfect location within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and University. The hotel is quiet and wifi strong for working remotely. Outside the hotel is city life.

The TV is too high and the remote control barely worked. Also the traffic starts early there in the morning.

Ana and her staff were very helpful and friendly. There was always someone available to answer questions and resolve any issues. It was a pleasure to meet them.

The location was very convenient. The staff was always helpful and gracious. The place was charming and kept very clean.
It took a bit to get used to the security of having to buzz every time I wanted to re-enter the hotel. However, I realize that security is important and it was only a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is located in a very very noisy street. The window blinds were very dirty. The bed was not confortable and the pillows was old.
