Every thing from the valet parking to check in was out standing, especially Person name ‘LAV’ was a go to person as he was always there and took every inch perfectly. Whenever I am at Goa this would the go to Hotel. No clue how Hyatt is taking care of this every aspect valet, house keeping, reception, Swimming pool coach & Dinning was perfect

Der Swimmingpool Bereich, war zu klein. Die Liegen stehen alle einander gegenüber, sodass man keine Privatsphäre hat und kein ruhiges Plätzchen für sich finden kann

The rooms, the Food, Among the staff, whether it was someone who handles our luggage or the ones who met us in the passage, someone who served us food or guarded us by the pool, or checked us at the front desk, everyone was just so nice, polite and natural. Never have i ever experienced such hospitality among all my other 3/4/5 star stays.

Everything was top notch. The restaurant staff specially Chef Savio.....Chef Vikas and attendant Akash did a top job. They were warm and helpful.

The Reception Desk guys specially the Males were pointless. They made sure we felt like they are doing a very tough job and almost made us feel like some govt office where you follow a kind of ritual of begging for getting a job done.

Location is amazing. The staff was cordial, helpful and always smiling. Rooms were clean, fresh, everything was in top notch condition. Pool was big, kids play area was thoughtful.

The buffet breakfast was good, but nothing changed over the days. It was the same thing every day all days with very little variation.

We stayed for 2 days. Staff was very co-operative and friendly. We had dinner twice at Grok. Each one was an amazing experience. They surprised us with an Arabian menu... Esp Chef Gaurav. The Falafel creation was so authentic and Iranian koobideh left a lingering taste. Thank you

Entire Thing Except Pool.

Only and only pool. And the corridor of the 2nd floor lobby, is feeling like a dormentory lodge or chawal common corridor, it's supposed to cover our closed with a nice interior.

A big Siyaram Groups came....the hotel was very noisy....property little old than other property I have stayed this time

This was a worst experience @ Hyatt … I felt as if I was staying in some non start hotel … wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this place… as we entered the room it felt they had forgotten to do noise cancellation in the rooms all the corridors noise was coming inside the rooms…. Post that multiple times someone rang the bell when we opened the door no one was there… after complaining to the staff … no one responded to that incident … then the extra bed was not functional so the person had to spend the night on the sofa … was one of the worst experiences… will never ever stay at such a hotel …
