Very nice facility. Location was near the palace and lots of places to eat. It was quiet, since it is in a more business area than partying, so that was great for us.

I wish there had been a dresser of some sort with drawers to put our clothes in. Hard to live out of a suitcase when items don't need to be hung up.

Breakfast was exceptional. Nice to have free taxi ride from Incheon airport. Front desk got us a taxi within minutes.

I didn’t understand why the air conditioning was turned off at 8:00 pm, as explained by front desk.

I forgot my jacket and the staff was perfect to arrange delivery at the airport before I left. Thank you so much!!

Die Location ist sehr gut. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe von fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten außer gangam. Um Hotel herum sind mehrere Restaurants zu finden. Man braucht nicht im Hotel zu frühstücken. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden regelmäßig getauscht. Hauskeeping Personal ist sehr nett auch wenn sie kein Englisch können, versuchen sie immer irgendwie behilflich zu sein. Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta im Zimmer ist sehr aufmerksam.

1. personel in Rezeption nicht hilfsbereit. Ich habe extra viel Geld bezahlt um ein Zimmer auf der oberen Etagen zu bekommen aber alles was ich als Antwort von Rezeption bekommen habe, ist dass, „ unsere standartzimmer sind von 9-12 Etagen oder so. Was ist Dann mit meinem Geld ? 2. ich habe diese Hotel gebucht weil das Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Als ich das Hotel angekommen war, habe ich auf der Tür 3 Sterne gesehen. Vielleicht ist das ein Fehler von Booking.com aber das Hotel muss die Verantwortung nehmen und prüfen wie sich in solche Platformen präsentiert wird. Ich habe das Gefühl dass ich betrügt worden bin. Darüber habe ich booking.com auch geschrieben und meine Beschwerde mitgeteilt. Keine Antwort natürlich. 3. Das Zimmer ist extrem klein. Nie im Leben geeignet für Familien. Die Fotos auf Booking sind betrügerisch. Reflektiert nicht die reale Aussehen des Zimmers. 4. ich habe ein Zimmer mit Netflix und YouTube Anschluss gebucht. 2 Tage lang habe ich versucht das herauszufinden wie das alles funktioniert. Ohne Erfolg. Dann habe ich bei Rezeption nach gefragt und erfahren dass, ich ein extra Gerät von Rezeption bekommen muss. Alles wäre viel einfacher wenn ich beim Check in informiert geworden wäre.

Die Betten sind hervorragend. Aufgrund der Lage und der Metrostationen in Fußweite ist das Hotel eine optimale Basis zur Erkundung aller Sehenswürdigkeiten im "alten" Stadtkern Seouls (Tempelanlagen, Stadttore, Märkte, Präsidentenpalast, historische Viertel, Museen etc.). Es gibt eine Vielzahl hervorragender Essensmöglichkeiten in den Straßen rund um das Hotel sowie nebenan einen sehr sehenswerten buddhistischen Tempel. Das preiswertere Frühstück außerhalb des Hotels befindet sich in Fußweite: Starbucks, Mega Coffee und Paris Baguette.

Das Standardfamilienzimmer war sehr klein, hatte wenig Stauraum für Kleidung und eine Badewannendusche. Der Serviceanspruch des Hotelpersonals könnte etwas höher sein und die Kommunikation an der Rezeption erinnert eher an einen Besuch auf dem Amt.

The level of service, response time, and concierage unwilling to make any compromises with luggage check-in and possibility of checking in early. On Booking.com it was stated that they provide shuttle to the airport, however, that was not the case.

La situation au cœur de Séoul, à proximité de tous les sites touristiques principaux (Insadong, palais…), à proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro. L’amabilité du personnel (early check in, réservation de taxis). Le prix attractif pour un hôtel de cette catégorie en pleine période de Chuseok.

The location was just right. Local and authentic Korean eateries are just a few steps away from the hotel and the property is quiet because it's away from busy Myeongdong but not too far away that it's easy to walk to Myeongdong markets. The room was clean. We especially liked that the windows open to allow fresh air in.

If you book this hotel, don't bother getting breakfast. Breakfast was poor and you can easily get cheaper and tastier breakfast outside the hotel. Also, our friend booked for two guests and was told that the breakfast booking was only for one! What the? Long story short, don't get breakfast at the hotel. I can live with paying for breakfast and not enjoying it, but what got me the most was the staff, they were most uncooperative and unhelpful. I don't know if it's just me but I sensed that they were trying to use the language barrier -- no/little english -- as an excuse not to help or answer questions.

Awesome location considering we traveled to see League of Legends games. If you're visiting Seoul to go to LoL Park, this is right beside LoL Park! Our room was very clean. One thing you have to be ready about is probably the bathroom, it has a very advanced toilet which was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the reception speak good English so there's no struggle on that part. The cleaners are not so fluent but trust me, you'll be able to manage. They're also quick with the service and are very approachable. It's a quiet area, it's easy to hail a cab and if you can't book or find one, the reception can take care of it for you.

there was only one washing machine and dryer.

I liked the location and the toilet and bathroom. Though the bathroom when i took a shower the water got all over the place because of no curtain. The pillows were good but we couldn't get an extra one even though we booked for 4 people they said it was for 3 and they had no pillows left. seemed wrong, maybe they should have given me something for the mistake.

The beds were small and uncomfortable. When i booked for for two doubles for four people, they switched it to three people and said that my double was double bed and a single. The cleaning staff/lady on the 14th floor was great, kind and friendly and so was a man at the reception desk. a lady that was there was not as good, but she seemed new and unsure of what to do.

This is a really good hotel for the money, in a very good location and with a very nice small gym, too. The room was not huge but very good and certainly not cramped. Beds were firm and the room and bathroom very clean. Service was very good, too.

I really wish it had a coin laundry. And that ground floor entrance is weirdly dark and a bit unwelcoming.
