all the plates etc were dirty in the cupboard, some had mould

very disappointed. Apartment is very dirty. Bedsheets,pillows,duvets are extremely dusty and dirty. Ants were all over the floor.

Incredibly. But in the 21st century, the apartment doesn't have air conditioning and you can't sleep and stay in apartments because of the heat.

Parkig garage is near to U bahn

The couch should have had a mattress topper.

Location is not too bad

Its a basement flat and the humidity is really very high, beds were very smelly of cigarettes, i felt that sleeping in a cigarette.

the bathroom was ok

ants in the whole apartment, you cannot eat there as the ants will invade you. the bedsheets were dirty, full of hair from other people the bed in the living room was also dirty.

Nice and very spatious apartment with a little private garden, good Wi Fi (better than most that we have used before in Viena), lots of functional appliances, public transport very close to location. The host was very kind and helpful, answering quickly at our inquieries. Very good value for our money as we ve had to stay for 10 days

Lovely apartment - spacious, well equipped, great to have garden.

Somebody had been smoking the apartment before we arrived and it was not pleasant.

The location was in a Viennese building, the double bed was large and comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment is in a semi-basement. I didn’t realise while booking so was surprised. There is a lift at the apartment to go downstairs too though not all the way down. The beddings and pillows were insufficient and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Would be nice to have extra beddings. Overall value for money.

The bathroom is very nice, spacious and looks clean enough. The beds are comfortable, pillows and blankets are warm, clean... Location is OK, the train station is near, Hofer is near. It's very nice that the TV has a HDMI cable, so we could watch the movies from our laptop. All in all, for the price that we paid - it's ok. Not very expensive but also not very admirable. We say in my land - "How much money, that much music" ("Koliko para, toliko muzike").

First of all - communication with the host. He didn't write me the entrance code and how we will enter the appartment until I wrote him a message. Also, when I asked for the online check-in link to registrate our staying, he sent me some link with the name of some other man, and also asked me - haven't I sent you the link earlier? I don't know if he registrated our staying at all and I really don't like that. Internet is not very good, it stops very often and loses the signal. The kitchen looks a little bit untidy, the door of stove is broken, the working area has a stamps of glass or something, we didn't feel very comfortable using the cutlery because we didn't feel like all is clean. The elevator doesn't work and we got the room in the basement and had to carry our luggage down the stairs, it was really terrible.
